Location just a block from beach. Ocean view from front porch. Great seating area on front porch and side porch. House is indeed cozy. Clean and well maintained. Facilities and amenities are great. Towels, linens, kitchen supplies are fresh and plentiful. Several nice seafood joints within easy walking distance. This place is truly wonderful.

Can't think of anything to dislike.

Can stand on porch and see the Gulf of Mexico coastline; a pristine view. Owner provided an extra nights stay for our group.

The quietness, location, comfort, ease of entering the home. Having things available for the beach that we didn't have to pack and bring from home, chairs, ice chest, wagon, are some of the things we used. Beds were very comfortable.

The only thing that we had a very small issue with is operating the tv. But was definitely not a deal breaker! We really just listen to music and enjoy the quietness.

Small and not worth 3000 a week

Very well kept house. Great location to drive up the coastline to get to all the towns along the big water. Lots of board games, use of gas grill, supplies to borrow for the beach. Contacts easy to get in touch with. Felt at home while being away from home!

The layout of the home is perfect. Also, the location is great. It is close to the beach, downtown area, and harbor. We will definitely stay here again.
