The location is strategic. Near the jetty and lumut waterfront. Free parking. Got freezer and tooth brush provided in the room.

The room is quite small. i don't think so the room is 300 square feet. The aircond in the room is leakage. Got water drop from the aircond.

Clean and spacious room. A good value for money. You can get the exact room as advertised in the site.

A rude and extremely unwelcoming staff when checking in. When checking in she asked me to give exact amount which was RM 79.20 if i wanted to pay in cash, since she had no change. So i humbly gave my card, where to my surprise she collected my ATM card number, where she could simply use wave or pin num for payment. What if i paid by cash, will she be collecting my card details then. Or is it just a ruse to collect my card details? Definitely the first hotel that collects the guest card details. my friend who came to visit was rudely treated. And she didnt even offer an explanation when i go down to meet my friend, until i have to query myself. She always had this condescending look in her eyes as if treating me as a criminal. At least the male staff when checking out smiled at me. Will be better, if management help practice the staff to smile often and speak politely to guest. Definitely she is the worst staff i had met in the hotel. Definitely will think twice to book the hotel again because of the staff.

It was a big spacious room. The location of this hotel was also good, it is near to Lumut town. The waterfront is about a 5-minutes walk (it is actually behind the hotel building).

The shower is a bit disappointing, need to change for a new one.

The air-conditioned, light and plug is function as usual

The bathroom is very dirty, room service didn't clean the toilet
