Beautiful boutique hotel, very large rooms, comfortable beds and gorgeous grounds and pool. The rooms are nicer and bigger than anywhere else I've stayed recently for a very reasonable price. They have very attentive and friendly staff. It's also much closer to the Angkor Wat temples than other hotels in center of the city which means a 15 min drive to/from tours rather than 30min, which is a major plus if you want to rest in middle of day. And they offer a free 1-way airport ride and complimentary laundry service which is very rare--and very helpful when you are walking in red sand dust all day!

Breakfast was ok but not quite as exceptional as everything else. Slightly less selection than buffets at other hotels and service was a bit on the slow side compared to the hyper-attentive service everywhere else at the hotel. Easily fixed by adding a few staff to restaurant in morning.

The property itself was very comfortable, with a relaxed yet elegant vibe. The room was very spacious and comfortable (to compare to a big chain that’s definitely like the big name hotels like Westin or Hyatt). The service was outstanding : at pick up from the airport I got a fresh coconut, water and towel for the ride. At check in the staff helped me organize a sunset tour on the same day, then 2 day visits of Angkor and then finally a city tour. My tuktuk driver (bunrong) was super nice and I was lucky to have him throughout - he recommended things to see in the city and an addition temple. On my first visit day I got a guide - Sun was very knowledgeable and funny - he explained everything, knew where the best spots were to avoid the crowds and in bonus took amazing pictures! At the hotels all the amenities were great - they refill water and small snacks in the room everyday, I even got a bottle of free wine, the spa was great with good massage rooms. Bonus points the tv had Netflix and Amazon prime so you can log in and just feel at home ! The breakfast was amazing and they switched to buffet while I was there - it had everything you could want for breakfast! At the end of my stay Luong (?) even helped me booked a bus to Phnom Pen and organized my transfer there. Location is 10 minutes from Angkor and 10 minutes from the city center - so very convenient This was a perfect choice I read a lot of reviews across hotels before booked and so glad I booked this one!

During our recent trip to Siem Reap, Cambodia, my experience at Anansaya La Maison was nothing short of exceptional. Additionally, our TukTuk driver, Sim Sarath, went above and beyond to ensure our temple tours were enjoyable and informative. Der Aufenthalt begann mit einer tollen Überraschung beim Hotel-Transfer: es gab für jeden eine frische Kokosnuss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten sofort unsre Ausflugswünsche für die nächsten Tage vereinbaren. Ein besonderer Service des Hotels sind hoteleigene Tuk-Tuks; mit unserem Fahrer Mr. Vanny sind wir 4 Tage zu unseren Wunschtempeln gefahren. Er hatte bei jedem Halt kühle, feuchte Tücher sowie ein gekühltes Wasser für uns. Sehr gerne haben wir auch an dem Pool gelegen und den Gratis-Cappuccino sowie das Fruchtgetränk des Tages mit einer kleinen Leckerei genossen. Wir haben jeden Abend das Hotelrestaurant genutzt und dort lecker gegessen. Mr. Miller und sein Team waren sehr um uns bemüht. Dem Hoteleigentümer nochmals unseren herzlichen Dank für die Dinnereinladung. Die 29 Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und die Gartenanlage.

Everything from service to room to food. We had free drinks and bites every time we came back from the visits. We also had free daily massage and laundry included in our room rate which made it a good value for money. Lots of care and attention from the extremely helpful staff. Excellent and very affordable food at the restaurant. Very clean rooms and free fruits and drinks in the room everyday. Would definitely come back next time we visit Siem Reap! Cudos to the staff!

Great staff. Special mention to Emily who went above and beyond with helping us with everything. Nothing was too much to ask.

Food quality could improve

If you are planning to go to the Angkor Wat, it's perfect location. We booked the sunrise tour by the hotel and because the hotel is around 15 min drive from the temple, we managed to come back for the breakfast and rest a little. The pools and the restaurant were great. The transport from and to the airport was perfect, we didn't have any trouble finding the driver.

General language skills of the personel in the hotel reception could be improved. Sometimes it was hard to communicate with them. The breakfast needs a little bit of work. Just to avoid any surprises, the cart should include pictures, because some options are in micro size, for example waffles. I ordered them and I received half of the smallest waffle that I have aver seen. Luckily the manager agree that I can order something else.

Le seul défaut que j’ai pu trouvé dans cet hôtel est le manque de cintres et de porte manteau pour ranger les affaires ou accrocher les serviettes.

スタッフのおもてなしが素晴らしい。空港まで立派な車で、お迎えに来てくれていた。 部屋も広く、清潔。繁華街からは少し離れているが、繁華街までのトゥクトゥクは無料。帰りは3ドル。ホテルのトゥクトゥクなのでぼられる心配もなく、安心して乗れた。 ランドリーも無料プランで、朝出したら夜には出来ていて、とても助かった。 朝食付きプランだったが、最終日は朝早く出発しなければならないため、朝食は諦めていたが、スタッフが通常より早くレストランを開けて朝食を用意するか、お弁当を作りますよと言ってくれて、朝食が食べられて助かった。朝食もブュッフェではなくオーダーでしかも、美味しい！パイナップルジュースはおすすめ！今まで飲んだ中で一番おいしかった。

Accueil remarquable et service impeccable. Hôtel à la fois luxueux et intime, contemporain et authentique, avec une très belle double piscine où se reposer aux bons soins du personnel après la visite des temples organisée depuis l’hôtel. La salle d’eau en extérieur de notre suite, au milieu des plantes, était magnifique. Restaurant agréable et sans prétention.

Underbar pool som ligger inbjudande mitt i hotellets trädgård. Rimligt bra urval i frukostmenyn och det är flexibilitet kring val och kvantitet, bland bröd provade vi endast croissanterna. Matsalen är inbyggd kring tre stora palmer! Ett mycket vackert boutique hotell, fantastiskt vackert med all växter och träd. Oerhört vänlig och välkomnade personal.

Distansen till centrum är inte på gångavstånd. Hotellet erbjuder gratis Tuktuk till centrum, men man får betala ett dyrt pris på returresan. Bättre att använda Grab.

The accomodation was comfortable, clean and was luxurious. All staff, including the staff at the spa were friendly and accommodating. Complimentary drink/s and snack upon arrival. Owner came to greet guests and personalised service when checking in. Felt very welcomed.

The transportatilon service from the hotel to the city as free of charge is great !! The restaurant is very good too and the swimming pool is beautifull ! I loved this place and i will come back

Nice new beautiful hotel with nice large modern rooms. If you treat this as a place to lay your head and relax on by the pool in between mornings and evenings of temple visits, it’s perfect. Lots of free extras included that definitely swayed me in the direction of this hotel (free one way airport transfer $40 value, free unlimited laundry and pressing, free bottle of wine, free chips, soft drinks and water in the mini bar daily). Food was better than I anticipated and I had some good meals at the hotel restaurant/ for room service. I used their van and driver for 2 days (Nara) and he was excellent and with the help of Google translate clearly understood my requests.

They’re trying to be fancy/ 5 stars, but the staff aren’t trained at the 5 star level and makes interactions cumbersome. There’s no concierge and the front desk staff and management are incompetent when it comes to advising or arranging anything special. Hotel is located halfway between Ankor Wat Temples and town, but on a main road and outdoor exposed hallways back up onto houses and other businesses. There were no deadbolts on the doors to the rooms which made me uneasy as a solo traveler. No where to walk to (they provide a free tuk tuk to town, but charge $3 for the return tuk tuk to the hotel.) Staff are very friendly and want to be accommodating but I found their English not superb and hence difficult for them to understand my questions/requests. I would ask for something simple like ice, and then promised ‘yes of course we will bring it to your room’ but 45min later it hadn’t arrived, so had to call down to ask again. Phone didn’t have any labeled buttons so you have to just guess that dialing 0 will connect you. No menus for room service or the spa in the room, and no QR code either as their website isn’t ready. As with another comment from a previous guest I should have taken note of: the staff seem to think guests only want to do the traditional small circuit or large circuit tours; no one could understand my request to see the temples in a different order to avoid the crowds and have nice light for photographs. I found the hotel Tuk Tuk driver would sleep during my temple visits (which is totally fine), but would not respond to my WhatsApp’s or calls when I was finished at the temples and it was difficult to locate him amongst the 100s of Tuk Tuks and cars in the car parks. If you want a tuk tuk but don’t want to follow the crowds of people on other tours I suggest using an outside tuk tuk service. I had a top floor room with normal indoor shower so had no issues with the outdoor shower & bugs.

Our stay at the hotel was just perfect. There is nothing bad I could say about this hotel. The staff is very nice and attentive, especially Steven and Ya Nooch. There is a free Tuktuk service to the city center and the staff even organized a great tour to Angkor Wat for us.

It’s been a perfect stay. Everything is impeccable, and especially the team. They are very welcoming, warm, smiling and professional people, always making sure that you’re happy. The hotel in itself is really great, the pool is amazing, the gardens are very pretty, the rooms are very comfortable and cosy. The restaurant is also very good, the breakfast is nice with plenty of choices, same goes for the diner menu. They also organized our visits it has made out trip so easy ! I would definitely recommend Anansaya La Maison to anyone who stays in Siem Reap.

おもてなしが隅々まで行き届いていて、アンコールの休日をリラックスして楽しめる。 アンコールのこと何も知らずに無計画で来てもホテルのコンシェルジェが、しっかりしており楽しめる。信じられない高級感あるおもてなし、４５Kmもある新空港へのお迎え、冷えたココナツでのWelcome、部屋にはWelcomeドリンクら、気づかいが凄い。インクルーシブの朝食、値段の書いてないメニューが豪華、朝から楽しめる。素晴らしいのひと言。

唯一の興ざめは、好評価のフィードバックを頼まれたこと。たぶんAnsayaに泊まるような、お客さんは、興ざめすると思う。

Loved everything about this stay. Cannot fault it all, the most amazing place we've ever been to as a family. The staff were perfect, from the get go they accommodate you with anything you want to do on your holiday, transport always ready and airport pick up and drop off. We were able to do soo much in just 3 days because of the brilliant staff. Food, pool and room were beautiful. You cannot get better. Highly recommend to anyone going to Cambodia to stay here. We will definitely be going again and it is because of this amazing hotel.

There is not a single think we didn't like, perfect place and staff!

Beautiful well kept hotel, friendly staff, especially Sak who looked after me on my departure. The complimentary tuk tuks into town were really useful, as was a late checkout allowing me to shower before my next flight. The cheese and wine on arrival was a nice touch too, as was the cold coconut on pickup from the airport

The layout of the balcony, at least for the room I stayed in, would have been better if it was reversed - the bath was positioned so you are in direct sun, which is not tolerable for too long in day time, and the lounging area only got a small triangle of direct sunlight, so it was not really possible to sunbathe. This is nitpicking though

Die Lage war etwas außerhalb vom "Geschehen", wurde aber vom Hotel mit einem kostenlosen Transfer 24/7 gelöst. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück leider nicht als Buffet.
