Perfect no-frills place

It was close to city centre but still had to take a taxi across the bridge because you couldn't walk on it. Big rooms. Air conditioning was nice and shower was very high pressure and hot. Tv channels were good and had a couple of options in english. Beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the water.

Walls and roof had mould and overall just could've been cleaner and better maintained but it's cheap so you get what you pay for. Lots of mosquitos around but that's to be expected as it borders a lake. Staff could be friendlier, didn't even really crack a smile from anyone the whole time we were there...

When I checked in the receptionist was not very friendly, no good day or any form of greeting whatever, be it in English or Vietnamese. He needs to learn some basic customer relations !

Probably good rooms, I don't know since they didn't have a room for me, even though I booked three days in advance and told my time of arrival three times. Please read what I didn't like before you book.

Stay away from this hotel! Read through reviews on google maps, this has happened to a lot of people. They cancel the ones they do it to so they can't review their hotel. I booked 3 days in advance, and sent our time of our arrival three times. First time while booking. Sent a message right after we booked that we would arrive around 1-2am because of our bus. I was asked on the day of arrival what time we would check-in. I sent the same information as two times before, and they answered "ok sir". In other words, they confirmed my time of arrival two times. Arrived at 1:30am, and they said they didn't have a room for us. I couldn't believe how this could be possible when I had my reservation active on my phone. Communicated through google translate, and the receptionist never said sorry about the situation. Didn't seem like he cared. He followed us to a disgusting hotel some hundred meters away, with plenty of cigarette butts under the bed. The morning after I got a notification that they cancelled my booking, so it seems like they found my reservation after all.

location is other side of river so a bit of a pain to get to. also our booking was not successful so struggled to get a room for the first night.

The location of hotel was very different to locate had to spend alot for the cab . Apart from this there is no staff just one person on the reception. Rooms and washrooms were in very bad shape.

Very funky-style room, comfortable bed, very clean with adjoining coffee shop next to hotel.

The ceiling had a huge water damage and the room was very dirty. Towels had stains on them and the bathtub was full of hairs. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. Also you cannot walk on the bridge to the old town so you have to take a cab every time. We switched hotels after one night.

It's a shame , could be a really good spot . Nice cafe with garden , 2small ponds with coy fish , but hey , need a bit more discipline and respect for guests , the people working there act like they own the place haha

The boys from reception (definitely they didn't know what a receptionist is and how should act) were rude , asked for more money for laundry than initially said , not friendly . Noise all the time in the hotel , in the morning starting 6-7, in the night till 1-2am , mould on the walls (which I discovered after 2nd day , initially I thought was dust ...........

It is not possible to cross the bridge by foot to reach the old town. Some people said it was very close to the center so i thought it was.

The staff were very friendly and you could pay on card without additional fees. There seemed to be two sides of the hotel, one renovated and modern and one older and still with an older style. The location is close to local food but to go to the Old quarter you need to take a public bus or taxi as the bridge connection is not pedestrian.

The room we were allocated had a whole wall covered in water damage which made the air feel damp. We asked if we could get another room and for that night there was only one more option with a room with even more water damage (apparently there was a leak problem recently). Luckily we were moved to the other side of the hotel for the remainder of our stay which seems newly renovated and airy compared to the room from our first night.

The hotel has a great potential but unfortunately the rooms need maintenance and to be renewed. Moreover, there are many people working there but none of them speak English. So frustrating

Good modern hotel. One thing to note is that there seems to be an older and a newer part to it. The older part had some sort of leak which they are still to fix so bear that in mind. However the new part is what the pictures are like and it's clean and nice.

There is a cafe at the back of the hotel which is quite popular and there is some noise coming from there but it doesn't go until late so not a big problem and also a good view of the river with your morning coffee. Also it's on the other side of the river from the Old Quarter and you can't walk over the bridge, it's only for vehicles. Plenty of public buses nearby though.

Short trip to the old quarter - needs to take a Grab. Nice hotel room

Little bit dirty. Shower in the middle of the bathroom, but it's normal in Vietnam so not a huge problem.
