Super nice place. Roomy, comfortable, and fun. A couple of suggestions; with a condo this large, you need more than a two-slice toaster, and the outdoor sushi have seen better days…… in fact they’ve died.

Ocean Vistas is a beautiful property conveniently located in the area where we have vacationed for 35 +years. The unit was beautifully decorated and appointed and spacious for our family. We love the beach and pool.
The only negative I have is about parking. There simply needs to be more or have a dependable alternative. If you rent a unit that accommodates 10 people, it is likely that more than 2 cars are involved to get there especially if children are part of the group. Finding a place to park a third car un the area was very inconvenient. Otherwise, we would love to return to Ocean Vistas.

The property was very nice, Thank god for Melisa, the refrigerator was not working and leaking all over the floor. She supplied us with a very nice cooler as the replacment didn't get there untill Monday.

Condo was wonderful! Never checked into a cleaner home and furnishings were so comfortable. Rooms were spacious and just beautiful views from Oceanside and streetside. Very large pool on oceanfront and secure garage parking were a huge bonus. VRBO hosts were phenomenal. Wouldn’t change a single thing!

Booked this place for my parents' 6oth Anniversary and it was perfect! High end rental and a lot of space and amenities and the staff was super helpful. Weather wasn't the best so it was nice having a place where we could stay in and relax...and the veranda was amazing, overlooking the ocean. This place exceeded our expectations. Thank you for sharing your place!

Had a great week with family! Staying at the condo was wonderful we had so much space for 6 of us. Breakfast on the balcony every morning was a treat! And the heated pool was so relaxing.

We loved literally everything about this beautiful condo. We didn’t want to leave and my friends are talking about purchasing one at this location. It was extremely private and had everything you could possibly need. The staff on site was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived - from the property manger to the facilities personnel. The condo is gorgeous inside - the pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. Truly spectacular! It deserves more than five stars. The price was hard to believe and I would pay twice this for a place this nice. Easily one of the most impressive places I’ve ever stayed.

By far ..this is the best condo complex on Daytona Beach! Our unit was so grand/luxurious. It was just amazing to have both oceanfront & city view balconies. This condo will not disappoint …it has it all!

Rebound condo rental
We had a condo rented at Sanibel at Daytona beach shores for many months and the day we were checking in the owner called to say that the previous renters had trashed the place and he cancelled our condo after we were almost there. I was not aware that Vrbo owners could cancel up until check in time. We know now! We spoke to Vrbo representative for hours on the phone and finally we were able to get a room at ocean vistas. We went from 4 bedrooms to 3 but it worked for us. We are still waiting to get a refund from Vrbo for the difference in the amount we had to pay. They said they would pay the difference and put us up in a motel for one night. Hotel was awful with being assigned insecure rooms with other people occupying the room the motel personnel gave us. We left and got our own motel. Very stressful day but Peggy at ocean vista was very helpful! Beautiful condo!

Vacation for two couples
Outstanding hosts!. Certainly not the same old "Ill text you a code and you are on your own. Peggy called prior to our stay gave us great advice on restaurants and nightly entertainment. Once we arrived they meet us at front door, gave us a detailed tour of the property and showed us to the condo. Condo was as shown in pictures, great space, new carpeting, very clean and the balcony was awesome. Facilities at the complex are great which includes gym, pool, hot tub, meeting areas for work and pool table room. The condo was filled with more than enough kitchen utensils, paper towels, and all the items you need for a weeks stay. Laundry room was a nice addition along with the towels that were provided. We walked the beach each day and we all thought we were staying in the nicest condo on the beach. If you book this condo you will not be disappointed. Great job Peggy!. We will most definitely call Peggy the next time we visit Daytona Beach!!

This place is beautiful. The location was great and the beach was not near as crowded as we thought it would be. Security is top notch. The deck was initially what sold me on this place but the inside was even better. Fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable bedding. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Daytona.

My family just returned home from a week in Daytona Beach. Ocean Vistas 607 was everything (and more) than we expected. It was luxurious in so many ways. The parking garage (and storage for beach items) was wonderful. Not having to take sandy items to your condo was amazing! The almost private elevator was a fun treat and felt (again) luxurious.
Peggy was a dream to work with. She was responsive and helpful. No complaints whatsoever.
An added bonus for our family is the fact that the entire space is wheelchair accessible. My husband is a bilateral below knee amputee. He uses a wheelchair early in the morning and later in the evening. He was able to access every room and closet or storage space.
If/when we return to Daytona, we will call Peggy and hope this unit will be available.

Ocean Vistas is a super place to stay. Great staff especially Andy and Peggy. The property is clean, safe and well maintained. We have stayed there five years in a row. Don't want to stay anywhere else.

Family beach trip
The pictures you of this property does not do it justice. The unit is beautiful. It was also immaculate. Great view of the beach from the oceanfront balcony and great views of city lights from the street balcony. Semi private elevator was wonderful. We never had to wait. Kitchen was well equipped and bedding was comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic Daytona Beach condo
Spacious, upscale condo at Ocean Vistas, Daytona Beach. Take the semi-private elevator to the front door of this well-equipped three-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo. The property is very secure and well maintained. Great views from a large covered balcony patio. Next to a beach access road making it easy to ride bikes from the property onto the beach. Nice common area between the pool and hot tub, and the facility has a well-equipped fitness center and a large meeting room with a pool table.
Note: 2-car limit enforced in the property's garage, and the property manager must be notified in advance if you'll need the advertised rollaway beds.

It has great security and is always clean. Never had any problems. If I did, there is always someone there that is just a phone call away.

Highly recommend this upscale property!!!
Our family enjoyed staying at this exceptional upscale condo. The property is luxury as advertised. Pool, hot tub, beach access, and overall the entire property is extremely secure and well maintained. The ocean view from the balcony is remarkable for sunrise and sunsets. During our stay we were even fortunate enough to view a rocket launch from NASA right from our balcony.
Our family highly recommends this property to anyone considering a vacation to Daytona Beach.

The property is beautiful
You should request a copy of the renters tax return prior to renting the condo...it is obvious from our experience that common people with $2000.00 to spend on rent for the week is not really the clientele your property is hoping for...it is a beautiful condo however feeling inadequate to rent it was not a comfortable position for our Thanksgiving week. We will certainly make other arrangements next year. The WIFI did not work along with the tv's in the bedrooms. Happy Holidays to You and I hope this feedback will be received as constructive.

Breathtaking views
My family would totally stay here again. This vacation spot was exactly what we were looking for. We go to Daytona every year for Fall Break and I got to say this is our favorite place now . It is everything you are looking for in a week long vacation spot. Very well maintained and Peggy, Brennon , and Nathan was very nice to work with. Hope to see you again next year.
