Newly Built Cozy Home
La casa de nueva construcción, ubicada en Southaven, MS, se construyó a fines de 2019. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro. We drove in for a graduation and needed to be able to get in and out and around town easily and the location was perfect for this

We were in town for a funeral and used the opportunity to get family together.This property worked great for us. We ended up with 5 staying but up to 12 present for breakfast and other events. It could easily sleep 8 if you don't mind sharing a bed or sleeping on a (very comfortable) couch.

Very nice, well-kept home. Sufficient linens, kitchen bowls and cookery. Comfortable beds. Safe neighborhood. A couple of maintenance problems with television system, but we streamed Xfinity using a computer. Plenty of room for 4 people and a dog. Enjoyed our stay and visit with our son.

The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood--close to Memphis and even closer to family that we were visiting in the area. Nanette was very accommodating and allowed us to modify our rental dates after our mother passed away.

Thanksgiving stay
Our family of six had the pleasure of spending the Thanksgiving Holiday at the above listed VRBO. Upon arrival we were pleased to encounter a clean, safe and nicely furnished accommodations. Added amenities such as toothpaste were greatly appreciated.
We highly recommend this VRBO for those visiting the area. Miss Nannette is such a delight and quickly responded to any and all messages.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a very clean, quiet place to stay. The homeowner is very accommodating. We will definitely request again when in the Memphis/Southhaven area.
