I liked that it was very close to the bus stop and only a 20 minutes walk to go up to the town centre of Munnar. Room was amazing, big and modern.

The breakfast was not worth it because it was s takeaway breakfast from a local stall that I could have bought myself for a cheaper price and for better quality.

Good and polite staff.. Trying their best to maintain the place. Keeping it clean as much as they can.. but the management really needs to invest at least a bit to keep it at a sound level..

Taps leaking, broken toilet seats, broken towel hanger, weird lighting... I mean it is at a beautiful location with a fair view.. but it really needs a face lift. Looks like the owner built it at prime location years back and forget, it needs time to time service maintenance... especially plumbing and lighting.. If you are a hippie bachelor looking for just a roof for a night to stay at minimum budget, you can definitely choose this.. but if you are looking for a bit of comfortable stay with your family. This is not the right place. You get better homestays at this price, which may include breakfast too..
