The host was amazing, the accommodation was clean and nice as shown on the pictures, I definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

The hostess’s cheerful welcome together with the lovely fresh continental breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Plus the ability to text for a drink, local G&T in our case, served wherever you want, we chose the designer garden. Plus, great location for walking into Bosham for the evening or day trips to Chichester, Weald and Downland museum and Tangmere museum etc.

If looking for a downside it would only be the tiny bathroom.

The decor was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The accommodations were extremely clean.

The room was small. The bathroom was too small; it was not very convenient to use. There were no screens on the windows; I strongly suggest adding these.

Where to start, greeted by Jane who was lovely , showed us the beautiful gardens and to our room , also informed us that breakfast would be served to our room , which again was lovely. Bed was so comfortable we stayed in it until check out time.

The host is fantastic and puts a lot of enthusiasm and effort into the Bosham Boathouse, spotless clean, very comfotable and was perfect for our group.

Made to feel welcome straight away, room décor was very good lovely colours comfortable and cosy. Great shower and lovely big soft bed, and breakfast with a smile....even in a gale force wind.

The room was prefect for us with its own private entrance. A table and 2 chairs had been set just outside our room in a private area to sit in the sunshine. The breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent.

The bathroom sink was a little small

Spotless clean, beautiful and comfortable room. Attention to details is second to none. Starting from a local hand wash and finishing on beautiful water bottles. Beautifully served breakfast brought straight to your door by a lovely host. Definitely the place to stay again. Highly recommended.

All details had been very well thought out in terms from the friendly greeting on arrival, to the room decoration, the comfortable bed, the tea/coffee/milk, the towels, the shower and washing proprieties etc. The cooked breakfast was well-presented, timely and very well-cooked and tasty.

Great location for Chichester and touring. Jane is a lovely host who is very helpful. Nice pubs nearby with good food.

The complimentary breakfast, the decor...Jane was absolutely lovely and very welcoming. I didn't have any special requirements but if I did, I'm positive it wouldn't have been a problem. Everything bout the room was lovely and clean. I would definitely stay again 😁

Everything was superb.

The property came as a lovely surprise. We booked fairly last minute and so hadn’t really looked at the pictures so it’s was lovely to arrive and be greeted with such a warm welcome by Jane and see our fantastic room. Jane is really fantastic, so welcoming and also made a great breakfast the next morning in the Breakfast room. We really liked our room The Sail Loft, it had everything we needed, and also things we didn’t expect such as a coffee machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge and also a dressing table to get ready at. We were getting ready for a wedding so it was great to have a decent amount of space to do so.

Nothing
