It was a very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and away from any noise.

The front entry vestibule was cold when going to the wasroom.

The room is very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient for visiting Peek-a-Boo and Spooky slot canyons.

Bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows, linens. Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom had an instant heat wall unit.

Heating of the home was not consistent. The bedroom was warm, but the rest of the home remained too cool, had to wear slippers, avoided the kitchen area, the floor was too cold.

This apartment was outside the main street and it was very quiet. The internet password I could find in the room. Communication with the owner was good and quickly.

The terrace was untidy

Had terrible time trying to get into the house. No email or message with instructions beforehand, no one at house, neighbor came over and told me to hotel next door to check in but no one there and wrong phone number on their door. Took 45 min at least and more help from neighbor to find correct phone number and get in. Wish there was a den/living room or family room but no access even though we thought it was the whole house.

There wasn't a breakfast. The location of the house was okay. The rooms provided were very modern and clean.

The booking details were for 1 night,1 house. However only 1/2 a house was provided which included a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rest of the house was locked off with locked doors. We parked on the concrete driveway pad in front of the garage as directed, but then had to drag and carry our luggage over 6 inch tall grass to the back of the house for entry. Can't believe how much more difficult this would have been through rain or snow. There were a washer and dryer provided but signs saying it was only for the cleaning crew - very disappointing. The washer and dryer were located in the hallway to the master bedroom and allowed only 19 inch usable hallway - probable fire escape violation. One would have thought these units would fit comfortably in the locked off half of the house. The king bed had a 4-6 inch topper that was mush and didn't provide any firmness for any kind of beneficial sleep. Between the bed and hauling of suitcases to the back of the house, my back was in bad shape after this one day rental. In all, it was a very poor value and I believe 1/2 of my money should be refunded.

Loved the location. Nice and quiet. Hummingbirds and cows also nice company! Very enjoyable patio to relax in the afternoons, although the patio furniture is old and not the most comfortable. We were there in very hot weather and the house stayed remarkably cool, which was great. It was pleasant to be outside in the shaded patio and breeze. The place was very clean, and the kitchen area spacious enough.

1) We were very disappointed that there was no living room or main room to stay in and relax after days excursions. Or even only a couch. It’s my bad for not noticing it in the description, and that’s why I didn’t rate it lower. I thought for paying this price, we would have a room or at least a couch to sit on and read or watch TV when it’s too hot to be outside doing excursions. I don’t watch TV laying in bed during the day. The layout is two bedrooms two bathrooms and a kitchen in between that has a small table and 4 chairs on wheels. 2) the beds are extremely soft and to us, not comfortable for that reason. Woke up with back pain. Some may like it but it was much too soft for us. The pillows were not the most comfortable either. 3) it advertises a BBQ facility but we never found it. We had bought steaks and stuff to BBQ and were disappointed we couldn’t grill it as planned. Maybe it was there but we didn’t see it....

Super clean and full of amenities. A full block off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly steers next door. (Sunny and Rusty). Towels were luxurious. Full kitchen with full size side by side refrigerator with ice maker. Nice east facing patio with patio furniture. Great spot for two couples.

Such a nice welcoming home. We absolutely loved it. Beds are super comfy as well

Need a larger frying pan!

I felt like home. I loved waking up and seeing the cows outside. The home was very cozy and warm.

The single bedroom off the back had a slight odor however the house was built 100 yrs ago. The bedroom was very spacious and beautiful and the bed was amazing.
