Seabrook Island is one of my favorite places. The condo was close to the Seabrook Club, it was clean, well stocked, and had a great balcony and screened-in porch. Highly recommend!

The place was clean, very cute, and steps away from the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The owner was helpful in getting a pass for my sister, who lives nearby, so she could join us for dinner. And the price was very reasonable. Lawn crew and maintenance folk get started pretty early in the morning, but we're early risers, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Very cute 1 bed condo. Everything available you would need for a short get away. Only downfall is ceilings are very thin and you hear every foot step above.

Very mixed thoughts for this review. The house itself was perfect for our group. There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. You could have guests on different floors and still have plenty of privacy. The hot tub was awesome but just remember to bring the bug spray. There were nine of us and we were there for my sons wedding. We had the rehearsal dinner and wedding on the island. The parking situation was extremely hard with parking for only two cars with a group coming from several locations. The problem I had was the lack of communication from Vacasa. (Please read the fine print that says the pool is not open until after Memorial Day and you must give 48 hour notice and pay to have it heated.) I never spoke with the same person from Vacasa twice but one time. No one could give us a straight answer to our questions. I would definitely stay at the house again if it was being rented through another agency.

The place was super cute. I loved the eclectic decor. And although I didn't cook anything during this trip, I appreciate that there were plenty of utensils available. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay there again.

Property was very clean. Checkin was easy. Property owner was very responsive. Kitchen had everythIng we needed. Only negative was we could hear the couple in the unit above ours walking and snoring at night. This certainly is not something the owner of this property can correct but if you are a light sleeper, you should be aware.

This property was exactly what we were looking for - clean, spacious, and access to Seabrook island. My wife and I stayed for a week and we had no issues at all. The check-in and check-out was easy, and we were able to find parking at the beach every time.

The place was very clean and everything was very nice in the villa. In the kitchen anything we needed was there. It was a very pleasurable stay and we are quite comfortable.

We absolutely loved this property! The villa was beautiful and comfortable, and the property is close to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed the proximity to Charleston without the crowds, noise, and price tag. Can’t wait to return!

For the most part, the stay was pleasant. Only 2 complaints. Wet laundry was in the washer and air conditioning unit is extremely loud when it switches on and off. We made the mistake of not walking through the unit when we came in. And when we walked out of the property we were unaware of a problem with the blinds because we never had the need to move them. The fact that we are being accused of breaking the blinds when in fact we never moved or adjusted any blinds in the entire condo, is somewhat upsetting. We were never on the screened porch at any time during the stay, leaving us with no reason to adjust or move blinds and/or patio slider door. The fact that the laundry was in the washer and blinds off track makes me think previous owner inspection prior to our arrival was lacking from previous guests and/or cleaning staff. Diana Novotny

The villa was nicely decorated inside, and had a pleasant sunny outdoor deck, as well as a shaded screened in porch. It was perfect for the two of us. Access to the villa was conveniently located close to the entrance gate. We chose to purchase an amenity pass for the Beach Club, which is about a 2mi drive from the villa. This beautiful pool/restaurant complex overlooks the ocean, with plenty of sunny and shaded areas provided.

The recently renovated unit was very fitting for my wife and I. The space fit us perfectly. The property manager did a great job communicating with us before, during and after our stay. There were a few things that could have been added in to the stay, (which we discussed/recommended with property manager about), but nothing worth writing a poor review about. The property is exactly as depicted and described. Therefore, if this is all you need and are looking for in a stay, then it will work out great for you.

The villa was perfect for 2 people. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina, and the Lake House. The beach and oceanfront pools are a short drive away. We had a wonderful time!
