Jeff was great to communicate with. Quick and friendly . The home was clean, stocked, quiet, and decorated nicely. The beds were so comfortable. Perfect location for us as our son only lives 5 min away. I would rent this home again . Thanks Jeff.

It was a comfortable, clean house with enough space for sleeping, visiting together, and accommodating our needs.

Very close to eating places and ski resorts. Host was very responsive to help me getting a screaming app loaded on the smart TV so I could watch local/ national news and college basketball conference playoff games at night

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Knickerbocker! Great location with easy access to restaurants, groceries and other activities. Awesome proximity to the mountains! The beds were comfortable, and loved the main couch for movie night and chatting with friends. We had a great time and definitely would love to boook again!

Our family enjoyed the house very much. It meet our needs. The kitchen had the supplies, cookware and dishes to accommodate the 8 of us.

The house was good and it was a great location next to what we needed to access in Draper.

The house was nice and comfortable. I loved the layout. The outside pictures did make property appear farther off the road than it really is. No major issues.

Very comfortable except the downstairs shower head should be replaced with a simple head. Jeff responded to a need we had very quickly. I would recommend this house.

The property was fantastic - it was comfortable, clean and ideal for our needs. I would like to suggest that the owners include power bars next to the beds for all the tech we charge (phones, watches, etc). And a girl suggestion - we would love all VRBO owners to put full length mirrors or a mirror in each bedroom - when doing makeup/getting ready we are limited when others are in the bathroom - outside of that it was fantastic! The view, the patio, the location so close to everything while being in nature was wonderful. I'll be here again soon!

We had a very relaxed and easy stay at the Knickerbocker. The house was clean, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. The ad was accurate, and everything went smoothly for us. We would 100% come stay at the same spot next time we visit Draper.

Property was very nice. There were a few small issues, repairs and such, that the agent is undertaking to fix: stovetop, some kitchen items need replacing

A few friends and I stayed here for a ski trip to the Cottonwoods over a long weekend. The house was perfect for our needs — lots of bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and parking. Communication with Jeff was very good and he brought us a few items that were either broken or missing during our stay. I'd recommend the house to anyone staying in SLC

We stayed here for our Christmas ski trip. The reviews were spot on and the location was perfectly convenient to everything. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even laundry detergent. It felt like home. If we ever return to Utah, we will certainly book the Knickerbocker again. Thank you!

We went at the right time, we had snow which was wonderful just to sit and watch from the many windows in the house. The house was cute, clean, and near enough to everything you could need.
The first problem was in the first 3.5 days of our stay. There was no internet and required the ISP to come out and fix the problem. I needed to work while we stayed there and needed to use my phone's hotspot to work. The other glaring problem is the king bed, the mattress is awful! They put a 1" memory foam on it, which wasn't enough and did very little to address the problem. It was like sleeping on a trampoline, every small movement the whole bed would move with you. It's an old and uncomfortable mattress that needs to be completely replaced, along with the box spring.
I wouldn't mind staying here again if the problems were fixed.

We came to the Salt Lake valley to be with family who live in this area and stayed all of Thanksgiving week. This was the perfect place. The beds were comfortable, and the home was inviting. We enjoyed the comfortable living room and were able to log into our Netflix and Disney+ accounts. (You can log into almost any of dozens of streaming services, actually.) The kitchen was adequately provisioned with the pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. We saw a family of deer wander through the neighborhood, too. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a group of five adults and two teens at this property for five days. The property was well-maintained, clean, and stocked. To our delightful surprise, we saw deer and other wildlife both on the property and on the drive to and from the location. Contrary to many VRBO's that I have stayed in, every single bed was comfortable and there were plenty of warm blankets and pillows. I have already recommended this location to others and will definately stay here again.

We had a great stay in a great location. The farm animals where a plus and the dock was great. The only thing missing was a BBQ for guests to use.

What a wonderful home away from home! We were four friends traveling together to the Garden of Quilts at Ashton Gardens. The Knickerbocker home was the perfect place to return to each evening to enjoy some time on the back deck or in the comfortable living room. It was also the perfect place to start each day, with a well-equipped kitchen.
The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. We loved the neighborhood setting, large yard, and shade trees.
We definitely recommend The Knickerbocker as a place to stay.

We went to Draper for a family member's wedding and stayed here. It was a good location for where we went. Near Draper Park. We drove up to the canyon one day and went hiking.
We stayed in this same house last year so knew it was a good size for our family. Only thing we noticed is it has a TV in the kids room and last year it didn't work and it still didn't work this year.

The house was just as described. Plenty of seating for the 6 of us that stayed. Everything was very clean and in good condition. We were missing a couple of things but they were delivered very quickly after placing a call. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the Knickerbocker.
We had a great stay at the Knickerbocker. The area was nice and had a great selection of restaurants and shopping. The house was great for us and we enjoyed the comfort of the home. I did send a request with no response and we had to go buy extra wash cloths because there wasn’t any provided, but overall our stay was great!

Home away from Home
This home truly felt like our home away from home. From the farmhouse itself, to the roosters and chickens running around- it felt like we took our home with us on vacation! Our kids loved running around in the yard, and my parents (who were visiting from South Carolina) were in awe of the mountains surrounding the area. We cook, a lot. The kitchen provided everything we needed to maintain that normalcy. The space, and bedrooms were all so comfortable and inviting. The house is perfectly priced for what you receive! (We paid more for a hotel last summer and did not have a quarter of what we received through the property) If we had any questions or issues, the property managers, or owners, were very quick to respond and very nice! Overall 12 out of 10 experience, and we hope to be able to stay here now every time we visit our family!

Charming Farmhouse
Nice charming house with good location, short drive to Little and Big Cottonwood canyons. Spacious kitchen and living room. The living room is almost too well lit and could use a dimmer. The owners were also very responsive.
This is second year we stayed at the Knickerbocker for our Alta/Snowbird ski trip and will come back again.

Great family trip!
Enjoyed all the winter events including snowboarding/skiing and sledding at Brighton; tubing and Ice Castles at Soldier Hollow; a sleigh ride at Wolf Creek; and a couple trips to Crystal Hot Springs. This house was located close to all these activities and large enough to accommodate our whole family.

Comfortable & Convenient
Our group came out to do some skiing . The house was very comfortable and spacious. Very close to groceries, restaurants, bars and shopping. Quick and easy access to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations.

Knickerbocker Review
Overall consistent with what was expected. Kitchen was not very well appointed but everything else was fine.

Clean, well lit, roomy property!
Beautiful and clean property, kitchen ready for cooking, and roomy bedrooms. It also has nice large well lit living room with a large dining table. Check in was easy and it was perfect for our group! One thing to be aware of, the bottom wooden step leading to the property from the driveway is uneven, step carefully. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and location
This home was lovely and in a great location. The back deck was our favorite morning spot where we could enjoy the view of the mountains and listen to the chickens next door. The home is extremely comfortable and had plenty of space for my family of 6.

Knickerbocker
Just to let you know, there was mouse droppings in the downstairs bathroom. 2 beds did not have mattress covers(ewww), the beds were also very, very uncomfortable

Like a home in the country
This is an old barn house, restored. The water pressure was tentative and would change if someone turned on a faucet or flushed a toilet. The "master bath" is actually the only downstairs bathroom and not in the bedroom. This being said, the place is located in a nice rural setting in Draper city. It is convenient to shopping. It had nice supplies and lots of bedding.

Great place to stay!
The house was spacious enough for my family of seven with room to spare! The house is well equipped and located super close to a lot of really great restaurants. Loved how clean everything was, the bedding was delightfully comfortable and the living space was perfect for a large family. Our kids really loved making friends with the neighbors chickens! Would definitely stay here again!
