View and proximity to the beach was amazing. Dates but really nice apartment with spacious bedrooms. Nunkroom was adequate and as expected. Some intermittent probs with Internet due to some road construction.

The view was unbeatable. We arrived close to midnight and they made check-in super easy. We were there for a girl's weekend, and property manager answered all of our questions quickly.

Furniture and carpet need cleaning and could not sleep in master bedroom because mattress is terrible uncomfortable and has a hump in the middle, balcony furniture is very uncomfortable

607 at Summer Place had everything we needed! Plenty of space. Great views! Close to the beach! The staff was excellent and helpful at all times. Even the other visitors were fabulous! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! We will be back!

Loved the spot , right on the beach , we did see a couple roaches but they were spraying the 4 th floor the week we were there , they did not have any laundry soap not even a starter pack but we always bring some anyways , the cover in the tub kept coming off if you took a bath , the top outlets in the master bedroom didnt work but we just moved the plug in to the other one and it did not bother us at all .. I did let management know of this .. other than that it was clean beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful..

Condo is great-- location is great- beach/pool all wonderful. Vacasa could use some work-- their customer service needs lots of work. Our sink drain came apart when we turned on the garbage disposal-- upon opening the cabinet below-- there was a bucket under catching the water. I called Vacasa 5x on a Sunday and each time they told me somebody would be up to fix it in 1 hour-- never happened. 3 calls on Monday and i finally threatened to come down to the office and make a scene before somebody showed up. The 2 maintenance people that showed up were super-- they changed the filthy air filter and fixed the leaking sink. i'm sure they are overwhelmed - so none of this applies to them-- i was not happy as i had to wait for 5+ hours on Sunday and 4+ hours on Monday due to poor organization/scheduling by Vacasa-- if they would just tell the truth, you could plan your day. Anyway-- enough of that-- the place is beautiful and the location Rocks!!!- many great restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance. HIgh Tides, Gulf, AJ's, Crab Trap all were great!! would definitley go back-- wish i could rent without Vacasa-

Location is wonderful. we enjoyed the beach and the pools at the facility. We have stayed in this unit before and will plan to stay again in the future.

I can’t wait to go back. It was a perfect condo. I loved spending quality time with my family in this condo. Very nice and very nice people to worry with. We will be back.

I would definitely book this condo again. Beautiful decor, very clean, perfect location with an incredible direct ocean view. The bunk bed room was a little tight for our 2 teens so the sleeper sofa came in handy. Close to Publix crockery store, and walking distance to numerous restaurants. Loved our stay!

Vacasa was amazing! From the booking experience, to updates before the trip, to easy text check in and out. Had a problem with extremely noisy neighbors and they checked with another management company for us to help with the problem. They called the day after we checked in to see if we had any problems and I mentioned that the only thing I saw was the balcony light didn't work and when we returned to the room it was fixed! So 5 stars for Vacasa alone!
Now for the condo! It was beautiful! Very clean, supplied with everything you could possibly need, pristine pools, beautiful stretch of beach, beach service was awesome, carts available to load and unload your things in your vehicle, gated and non gated parking available, great proximity to restaurants and the pier. I will definitely return and use Vacasa again!! Thank you for the perfect vacation!

This is our second stay at Summer Place and we loved it just as much this time and we did the first! 607 had everything we needed and we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This home away from home was in the PERFECT location, right in the middle of attractions & restaurants, but off to the side which was GREAT part!! Was drawn here for the beach front views & direct access.

When we first arrived, everything seemed to be fine except the bedroom with balcony access had to current. I called the front desk & someone was sent to look into it. The fuse had been tripped so he reset it and things were fine there. The fridge upon arrival was empty of ice--seemed like the visitors before emptied it of ice. Took it a day and a half to fill back up with ice--and it was a smaller bucket. We checked the temp on the fridge and set it to coldest available & it never really seemed cold over our stay. Needs new patio chairs ASAP...at least 2 of them are a HAZARD & holding on by literal threads & screws. The lounger chair was decent though. It also seemed weird not to have a working deadbolt lock.

Perfect - nice pools, not crowded, everything needed in the home, beach setup chairs for 2, very short walk to the beach

This unit was very clean and modern. Comfortable for the entire family. Great location!

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was clean and as advertised. Easy walk to the beach and pools. We would love come back in the future.

The condo location is nice and right on the beach. The first complaint is the broken appliances in the kitchen- the coffee maker leaks, cracked coffee mug, missing stove top burner knob. The worst part however, was not being able to enjoy the balcony that I paid to enjoy! There were constantly people smoking outside which in turn, drifted into our condo room. Not only cigarettes, but marijuana as well. I would never stay here again or at Summer Place Condominiums for that very reason, it’s not worth your money.

Great place, great view. Overall awesome place with a great view however, the couch and beds were a little tired probably need to be replaced and updated. Otherwise all appliances were great, unit great, location great, view great access to water great.

I loved the ocean front view and the condo was really nice! I definitely plan to go back soon

Overall very clean and pics of property were accurate. Just some minor things that need to be addressed. Although it looked very clean there was a slight mildew smell in front bathroom. Master bath was good except hot water on right side of sink does not work. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Could use a few more cooking utensils.

This was our first trip
To ft Walton and it did not disappoint. The location was excellent, the accommodations amazing, and the beaches gorgeous. We travel often with friends so there were six of us and plenty of room. I highly recommend Vacasa for your travel needs and summer place in ft Walton... we hope
To come again soon....

The room was very inviting and clean!

This unit ensured a very comfortable stay. The balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico and you won't get a better view of the Emerald colored coast. Extemely clean and well maintained unit. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, towels and bedding are all provided which is great! The dish washer and in unit laundry are very convenient. The location is perfect being right on the beach and only a short walk to the pier. It's close to attractions, water sports and restuarants in Destin... about a 15 min drive. Also close enough to Pensacola if you're flying in. There are 2 big pools and a huge hot tub on site which we used daily.
You can also rent chairs and umbrellas and they will set them up on the beach for you! This is a family friendly location and we loved it. We will be staying at this unit again😊.

Check in and out was very easy. The worst part was the Tub in both bathrooms barely drain so it was like taking a shower and a bath at the same time(literally would come up passed the ankles during a shower). The keypad stopped working 2 days in and found out the hard way that the front desk of the condo doesn't even work/assist with issues. Since the front desk couldn't help it took us 5 calls, 3 numbers, leaving a voicemail and over an hour to finally get someone over to look at it. Only to find out the keypad didn't just go dead it completely quit working so we then had to use a hard key to get in and out of our room for the rest of the stay. The drain plug in the master bathroom didn't work and so you had to use a knife to drain the water. The WiFi would allow you to connect to it but the internet did not work for any devices at all(I'm sure a router reset would fix it but didn't notice where it was until day 4 and wasn't worth messing with). After dealing with the keypad issue we didn't want to waste any more of our stay trying to get everything else fixed. We still really enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice with an excellent view! Unfortunately we were just the unlucky family that had several issues in one stay and wanted to report them so they can hopefully be fixed for the next family to have a 5 star stay.
