I am so grateful I found this place! The location is perfect and in short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and local points of interest. The parking is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is immaculate and the host Walter goes above and beyond… needs 10 stars as well!

Walter is an exceptional host, who was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were excellent, a real home from home.

Walter went way above and beyond what one would expect from a host with lots of extra little touches in the apartment and going out of his way to offer help and advice, especially over the first couple of days before rest of family arrived . Central location . Comfortable and really well equipped . Everything you needed, and more, was provided.

This accommodation is perfect! It was very easy to receive the keys, an owner was very kind and called us before our arrival. The Appartment is very new, you will find it perfectly clean. Good bathroom, nice kitchen , 2 rooms. There was also spacious wardrobe. We were offered a perfect breakfast, coffee, juice, milk, biscuits, yogurt. Then also special offer as a cake for Easter was offered to us. Very kind attention to us as the guests. The location is super central. All restaurants and locals are so close. The owner did give us good advises where to go for a dinner and always asked if everything was fine. Parking is free and about 5 min walk from Appartment. We loved it and we will back for sure! 10/10!

The location was in central Grosseto on a quiet side street. A table was set with teas, coffees, and pastries. Milk and yogurts were in the refrigerator for us. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The kitchen was impressive even without a microwave. Walter won the hearts of the two women who were traveling with me. He is a very good host. We will definitely return to this jewel of an apartment.

The only thing that could have been better was a longer stay in Grosseto.
