Good location for swimming all day during low tides too. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The port of Nungwi and stores are placed very close to the property. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was very small and not tasty, fruits are not enough. Dishes in the restaurant were very small and not reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful stay at ZaVa! The location is perfect, directly at the beach, everything was really clean and the staff was exceptionnaly friendly. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we are happy to come back again one day :)

Perfect friendly staff, Shafii was doing his best to meet our demands, even the manager Mr Iman was doing far above his duties in an uneasy situation (mobile left behind in the streetmarket and given back!). The restaurant and other staff was perfect as well. Thank you for all, it could hardly be better. It is definitelly not a luxury resort like elsewhere, more like homely cute family smallish resort. You feel safe (day and night guard) and nursed. Lukas+family

It was a bit noise from neighbouring hotel 2 nights but not dramatically much.

U live like in a small garden just step from the beach. Awesome sunset. Cosy and very clean rooms, no moscitos. Staff very friendly. Very safe for single female treveler.

Poor quality bed which broke during our time at the property and wasn’t fixed, laundry was done late and still smelt and was damp, very noisy some nights due to nightlife, restaurant food was very average and overpriced

Perfect location in Nungwi, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and drinks in Zava restaurant. Nice and very friendly staff. I would definitelly recommend it to stay in Nungwi.

actually all. the hotel has the best beach location in Nungwi beach (for swimming, sunset, drinks and dinner locations) it has great breakfast and very friendly staff, from security who arranges for you the sun chairs (reserved for guests-free) to room manager who helps to solve everything. it really made us feel like home.

there are some outdoor restaurants/bar/clubs nearby so it is noisy until 2am and the mattress is a little worn out

The place is very close to the beach. The restaurant which serves breakfast is on the beach- it’s wonderful. The beach is clean, water is transparent- but in the morning there was low level of water so we could enjoy looking for starfish and other reef treasures. The staff is helpful, kind, always there to help you. The room was clean. I recommend staying over there!

One of the nices places. The hotel is located directly to beach. the breakfast is very good and it was enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable. You also get free sunbeds and umbrella. But the best about the hotel is the staff! They are just so kind and sweet and are very interested in you being well. :) They also have free drinking water :)

not the cheapest place but totally worth the money the beach is very touristy, nothing bad but good to know before booking

The worst hotel in my life. I m travelling a lot all around the world and never seen a place like that. The room is ok but during the night the bed as fell down at 4:00am . No one to help us . The shower and toilet was not working. Even if the place was free I wouldn t stay there . I don t I ow how booking website is ok to propose that to his customers

Hotel is located directly at the beach of Nungwi. Sun beds at the beach are free for guests. Breakfast was very good (fruits, smoothie, coffee, tea and dishes with pancakes or eggs) and is also served in the hotels restaurant direct at the beach. Hotel crew is really helpful with organisation of tours and trips and other concerns of your trip. We would definitely recommend the hotel and come back!
