We were really thankful to have such good and quick communication with the owners after booking last minute. The caravan had everything we needed as a family of 4. The staff at the site were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the critters night in the entertainment and swimming.

The only things I would suggest, which would increase the rating from good to excellent would be changing the mattresses so they were more comfortable and updating the pillows and duvets.

The caravan was worn out and dirty, concrete beds, blood on the bedding and used thongs in the beds, vinyl flooring is bumpy and ripped, doors have holes smashed in them, remotes don’t even have batteries in them. Would not recommend especially as this property is very expensive compared to others

The area was great alot of activity to do for the kid to keep them busy

It will if have bed cover and Dover cover. Pillow need wash. Except that it pleasant to stay. Asda in walking distance, fish and chips walk able. Lots of children fun things around Need to pay indoor swimming

I DREAD TO THINK WHATS BEEN IN THEM FLOORING RIPPED AND COMING AWAY ALL THROUGHOUT DIRTY FLOORS DIRTY WORKTOPS DIRTY CROCKERY AND CUTLERY BAKING TRAYS STILL HAD STINKY GREASE ON THEM IN COOKER FRIDGE DIDN'T HOLD A COLD TEMP TV SIGNAL INTERMITTENT THE ARIEL IS FACING WRONG DIRECTION BATHROOM DOORS HAVE MASSIVE HOLES ON BOTH SIDES VENEER COMING OFF CUPBOARD DOORS RUBBISH FOUND ON WARDROBES, UNDER SINGLE BEDS AND IN BETWEEN SOFA CUSHIONS (INCLUDING A LIGHTER AND DIRTY TOOTHBRUSH) WINDOWS GRUBBY GAPS IN WINDOW FRAMES WHEN CLOSED BARE WIRES UNINSULATED ON RADIATOR WHICH IS JUST LYING ON THE FLOOR IN MAIN BEDROOM WHEN ALL ELECTRICAL HEATERS ARE ON (IT WAS COOL LAST NIGHT) IT TRIPPED FUSE BOX, WHICH IS OUTSIDE PUBIC HAIRS ON SHOWER BASE STAINS ON CUSHION COVERS ON SOFA It's now cleaner that when we arrived
