The location was pretty central to all of the places we needed to go, and not far from the river either. The location was reasonably quit as well.

There was a strong smell of floral cleaner - lily-of-the-valley? - throughout the accommodation that was quite strong. The shower was also quite old - like a camp shower up a step from floor level - which was a little challenging to get up and down into without slipping. While there was a great AC in the living area, it would have been good to have a fan in each bedroom, as they heated up a lot in thr summer heat and took a while to cool down at night.

I did not like anything about this place apart from the tv and channels, and having the sheets and towels changed daily was a bonus considering everything else.

This place was dirty, worn out and smelt terrible - you may need to change your cleaning products as it is toxic. Having to collect keys from another location was inconvenient - I had no transport and did not know this until I got a text to go to a different location to get keys. I felt unsafe with the neighbours next door drinking outside their flats and I didnt want to be seen as a person in the unit on my own.

Location was good. Central to most things

The motel unit had a very over pouring smell of sickly roses. The beds were too soft, not quality mattresses, also we had to travel to another motel when we arrived to get the keys to our unit. This is very odd.

Cleanliness of the bedding. Private covered outdoor balcony. Complimentary milk/tea/coffee.

Bedroom door handle needs fixing.

Location was good. Staff very helpful and gave us a ground floor apartment as I hate stairs!

Could not get into the shower as there was a foot higher step. Surround was breaking up so could not trust it. Overall a bit tatty.

The facilities offered was good.

Carpets were dirty, and made my feet pitch black when I walked bare feet i nside the apartment. It was not propery dusted as well, eslecially in the toilet. The shower is built high above the ground, it maked getting into it and out of it very difficult! There is now soap holder in the shower, so nowhere to put your soap or shampoo down. The shower floor is very very slippery, so this shower is extremely unsafe, and mark my words, so.eone will fall inside it and get hurt.

It was great value for money.

Beds were comfortable. Sheets were lovely.

Very, very dated. Very basic. Depressing. Ghastly curtains. Back outlook being weed filled patch with stark wooden fence. Kitchen has new cupboard fittings that were good, containing very minimal equipment. The entrance way, which is the kitchen, has flooring that looks dirty, but probably isn't and therefore does not give a good first impression. I felt bad about taking my family there.

Location, parking, facilities, value for money.

Only a minor but the shower head was a little dated. Rather than a nice even spray it was more like a heavy tap flow.

Location was good as it was short walking distance to Pak n Save and the FMG stadium. Own balcony out back of room. Had a washing machine.

There were cobwebs, mould stained ceilings and shower curtain. Curtains need replacing.

Not easy at all being a foreigner having to navigate to another location to pick up keys.

The apartment was the most expensive out of all the accommodation we stayed in over 12 days. The shower was totally unacceptable for a person with mobility issues, the picture online was deceiving. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. There was a washing machine but no place to hang out the washing.

Location location location that is all this place has going for it.

The parking was narrow, The carpets were damp feeling especially in the rooms the black mold in the bathroom and the corners of the rooms and the bed sheets had yellow stains was real gross and grotty also they had all these random hooks all over the walls and no lounge seating there were 2 single beds instead which was annoying, the door security was loose feeling definitely didn’t make us feel safe considering the area, really giving ex emergency housing. also if you pay a deposit they go to the room to check the tv is still there and working before returning the bond. only know this as a guy parked in our car park as the guest next to us had checked out and his word were exactly as above.

Location was perfect to CBD and Stadium. Nice, clean and tidy

Shower was low pressure and heatpump was weak (not very strong when temp was turned up)

All was perfect. The kitchen was complete with fridge, microwave, oven, fridge, stove. Some electrical appliances are still new.

Everything was perfect to me but it will be a lot better if they could add one more heater to the apartment. I came from humid tropical weather so 3-4c was really cold for me 😹

It was close to the venue we were attending, reason why we chose this property

Very dated, neighbors made us feel a little uncomfortable. Husband used bathroom and ended up locked in, Door handle was old and broke. Missed a scheduled appointment 😒 the whole reason we were there.

It really was shockingly basic. The bed "duvets" were astoundingly thin

I liked the great sized fridge, the washing machine, the good amount of towels, the balcony, the stove top, the microwave and good breakfast beverage selection, also the amount of beds and tvs, close to town, and the heatpump

There was no where to hang the washed clothes, put them over hairs under the heat pump which took a while to work out, no guestbook with information about facilities etc in town or how to use the facilities in the room. The beds weren't very comfortable, the fact that I had to go elsewhere to check in I found strange along with paying a fee up front in case of damages but I guess that's the way things are these days.
