Great location, but the place was very disorganized and they did not leave bedding for the pull out bed which we needed. The hallway with the bunk beds was very hot!! Otherwise, we had a great time.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful, short family vacation. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the condo complex is lovely. The owner of the unit is very responsive if anything comes up. Highly recommended when traveling to HHI.

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two kids to the beach and this was an ideal find. The location was just what we were looking for with easy access to the beach and ocean view from our balcony.

The view from the balcony was our favorite part of this condo. It was so peaceful to open the sliding door and hear the ocean. Excellent location. We walked and biked everywhere! About a 5 min walk down the beach (or sidewalks) to get to Coligny plaza, which has SO many great restaurants, shops, ice cream stores, etc. We walked to every meal! We also biked the entire western side of the island right from the condo. You cross via the crosswalk to get to the well-maintained, shaded (!!) bike path, and you can bike all the way down to Sea Pines to check out the Salty Dog, Harbor Town, etc. It’s 4.25 miles by bike, so 8.5 miles round trip. The entire ride is on the bike paths. Needless to say, we loved the location. For the space itself, it’s your typical beachfront condo. Pretty tight and condensed, but the space is used fairly well. Bathroom/bedroom could use some brightening up, but you won’t be spending a lot of time in either. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

We needed a few days at the beach and this place filled our need. You can see the ocean from the patio and watch all the beach goers walk too and from the beach on the walkway. A much needed tent and some boogie boards are available for use in the condo. The space definitely has some age on it and we really would have liked to have laundry available in the unit, but like I mentioned before, all our 3 day beach weekend needs were met. This space held our 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 littles just right. We walked down to the Coligny Square every night for dinner and found plenty of entertainment, shopping, and places to eat. It’s about a half mile walk and was easy even with small children.

The host will suggest we should have contacted her immediately upon arrival however, early into our first evening we tried to work around the issues we encountered. Later into and through the first night we felt the issues couldn't have been resolved during our stay and that we shouldn't have been impacted for the issues we encountered nor did we want to be tripping over a cleaning/maintenance crew while on our vacation in their rush to do the job right a second time. I recommend reading the first two reviews from 2020, we encountered much of the same issues. Dirty dishes, dirty shower/bathroom, questionable cleanliness of towels and bedding, and dust and debris throughout the rental. Uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable couch, and while it was in the 60°s during the weekend we stayed, the rental was quite hot and uncomfortable, even with the air conditioning and dehumidifier running. While we worked with the host to cancel our booking early the first morning, we received half the overall costs back while only staying for about 15 hours of a 3 night booking and left scrambling to pay an expensive holiday weekend rate at one of the only hotels with availability. While the location and view are good, I suggest an overall refresh and change in cleaning service crews.

Proximity to beach is perfect and adding bird and rabbit watching to the mix was an extra for the little one. If you plan to stay outside or on the go, this is a great spot. The bed was a sore spot - so uncomfortable. Higher chairs for ocean view would have been nice as well. All in all, it was an enjoyable short couple of days.

Property was updated very nice. We loved sitting on the porch looking out over the ocean. We watched a cat trying to caught the rabbit on the lawn. You have a key pad as your entry to the condo. The code was not right what was given to me so I emailed and called property owner several times before she got back with me and gave me another code which worked. But other than that we really enjoyed our visit.

Just as beautiful as the photos show. This ocean front property is a short walk to the beach. Close to Coligny Plaza. We’ve stayed at several complexes on South Forest Beach and this one is our favorite. Megan was a fantastic host.

This condo is located oceanside, and had the most peaceful view from the balcony during our stay. It smelled so clean upon arrival and was so comfy...perfect for our overnight stay as we were heading to Florida. Check in was so easy.

My husband and 4 daughters stayed here and loved it! The proximity to the beach was amazing and the morning views were to die for. Whenever we go back, we’ll be sure to look into this rental again! Only thing I might suggest is to have a few more towels and toilet paper on hand. With all the girls, those items ran scarce and luckily we brought some of our own, but not something I’d want to run out of on vacation! Lol Overall, though, we LOVED it and my kids are still talking about it. We’ll be back someday :)

We have stayed in several units at this property over the years, we enjoyed this unit and it's proximity to the beach and the ocean view.

Megan is kind and attentive. The condo is convenient and relaxing. It's a small space but the bedroom fit a pack-n-play for our baby, and our 4-year-old slept well on the bunks (there are two mesh bed rails which was a great help). Pro tip: we brought a long blackout curtain and suspension curtain rod to make hallway more like a closed room for bedtime with small kids.

The location was fantastic! Close enough to restaurants and right at the beach. The view was wonderful! You vould see the bunnies hopping through the grass and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Condo was decorated so cute with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Such a peaceful place. Can't wait to go again!

This property is exactly what we were looking for. We needed to sleep 3 people but didn't need anything fancy or even a lot of space - just a view of the water and easy access to it. The whole stay was super simple except the initial arrival and access. You need a fob to enter the property through a gate and it's recommended that you walk to the condo and get the fob but there is not a single parking spot outside of the gate or nearby where you can leave your car while you find the condo and retrieve the fob in order to pull a car through the gate. Once we figured that out and got the cars through it was a great stay!

Even though listed for up to 6. Very cramped for teenagers and adults

Wonderful place to spend your vacation!

First off, Megan, the property owner was a breeze to work with. She was prompt in answering any questions I had and gave great recommendations for food and activities. We used the chair and umbrella rental service offered by Seaside and it made going to and from the beach so much more enjoyable. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy and had a nice thick memory foam pad. Usually I’m wanting to be in my own bed by day 3 but not this time! The bunks are more suited for smaller children.. my son is almost 11 and found them too snug for comfort so he slept on the couch. There were plenty of towels and linens as well as stocked utensils/plates/cups. Getting in and out of the complex was easy and the beach walkway is very close to the condo. The pool is small but still fun. Overall our stay was fabulous and we will return here again in the future.

From the start: We weren't informed that there is an elevator and luggage carriers to help us move in. The unit is on the 1st floor, but there is a ground floor. The elevator would have been nice to have moving in. Fortunately a nice person informed us when we were 3/4 moved in. There are washers/dryers available down the hall. Bring your quarters and some detergent. The place is tiny. It was ok for 2 people, but don't let the bunk beds fool you into thinking it would be ok for more folks. We know small as we live in a 1bedroom 930 sq ft condo, but this was very small and jammed. The bathroom looked clean, as did the rest of the unit. However, the bathroom smelled of urine. We didn't know how/where the smell was coming from and we never figured that out. This was the worst part. We kept the fan on and the balcony doors open as we could (it was rather chilly while we were there), but eventually you had to use the stinky bathroom. The placement of the condo was the best part. The view was wonderful.

Condo was clean and cute - wonderful view from the balcony. Our only suggestion would be to update the bed and bedding, but otherwise a great place to spend a few days in Hilton Head!
