Checked into a room that was not clean it was around 9:00 when I got back there after checking in I had to clean and make the bed.
That I had to be my own housekeeping

Absolutely nothing
I did not like the staff or the rooms.My husband and I had to switch rooms 3 times because we saw bugs in beds and in different areas of the room. We were so fed up and disgusted we just decided to go home. I do not recommend at all. They also give you a hard time for a refund then have the nerve to defend that dirty hotel. I’m appalled!!

They cancel my reservation one day before my trip and also they charged extra money and I need to call both the hotel and the booking.com for organize this issue. Beside it kids were running late in the night. So anointed

they try to charge my card BEFORE the check in time which is NOT was supposed to happen ..they cancelled my room..with no courtesy call and o cam from PA

The facilities were clean
There was no breakfast, we had a hard time checking in because the staff tried to charge almost $100 more than the Booking.com rate. The bed was very uncomfortable

silt staff creepy guests zero amenities no hairdryer no coffee maker or coffee no hangars no help smiles or understanding from staff. overpriced. rude and sometimes scary guests. appeared to be people living there and strong evidence of a brothel operating on the premises

Front desk staff were hardworking, busy, nice ladies.
I had to wait 30 minutes to check in, the room looked very cheap, bed was extremely uncomfortable and the headboard above the bed was about to come off the wall. Some of the lights in the room did not work.
