Clean, quiet and spacious. Great for a family of 6!

We loved having the full kitchen, central air (when it worked-seemed like it kept going up to 75 overnight).. it was a nice little house in a great location. We enjoyed the easy access to the pool.

When you think 3 bedrooms.. including a room with a bunk bed that has a full bed on bottom, twin on top and a trundle bed that pulls out.. along with 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs, you’d think you’re getting a decent size house.. not the case. It was very basic, nice.. but with basic amenities. The ring camera out front.. that is not for your security, it is solely for the property owner or whoever, to watch you come and go. Which is beyond creepy and takes away any privacy you thought you had. Mind you, it is the only house on the row with a camera… if you are that worried about who is going in and out and what people are doing, then don’t rent your home out. Simple as that. We paid $5,000 for a week and actually were forced to have 2 guests leave because we were over the 8 people max, I was unaware that children 4 and over counted as ADULTS. Supposedly it was just them following the HOA guidelines. Whenever I had a question, nobody responded in a timely manner but they sure did call my phone twice in a row to tell me 2 people needed to leave immediately. We will not be returning to this property, we will continue to stay in Port Lewes like we have been doing years prior. The owner did send us cookies so that was a nice touch. Also, you cannot check in until AFTER 3pm, but you have to be out BEFORE 10am. Beds are not comfortable. You will miss yours. The pillows on the other hand were very nice and I enjoyed them. And I enjoyed the usb plug ins inside of the nightstands. They have a lot of extra blankets available as well. The washer and dryer on site was very convenient. If you are unsure of anything there is a big book of dos and donts, and there are labels EVERYWHERE inside and even on the front door. 😊

The property was beautiful and loved every minute of it. My friends and family had a great time.

We love your house.. it was clean and so chill. We were able to sleep to whatever time because it was quite. Thanks for the games, awesome touch. The grounds were pretty and lay back.

The only thing and not to worry about was just two burners working on the grill.

Cozy. Felt like a home away from home. Location, near many restaurants, the outlets and supermarkets. Just wish the Super Walmart was closer.

A few things broken, cleaning could of been a little better, finding hair strands in showers, toilets and sinks at checkin wasn’t very welcoming. Black Rubbing around shower in upstairs bathroom was hanging a bit and hot water didn’t stay hot long enough for showers in the evening/mornings.
