The location was great

The room was ok, the bed linen was too small for the bed, the private bathroom was out in the main hall extremely small with black mould around base of the shower, an dirt on the door frame, the walls of the room were flaking, their was a living area off the bedroom with access to the kitchen neither doors locked, the view was nice however one of the windows was completely covered so really restricted the view. The building is in a beautiful area, an has potential to be beautiful but myself and my partner feel it's very neglected which is such a shame

Needs updating in places. Description of room was not true to reality.

Although we arrived later than expected we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room , it was clean and well presented , a large screen TV was in the room and plenty of plug points for all the devices we had with us , the room had an en suite toilet shower room , a small window with a sea view , bed was comfortable , although right on the shoreline the room was adequately warm and comfy , parking is street parking and safe with cctv monitoring . If in the area again would consider staying again .

the front door was a bit difficult to lock but i managed to lock it with a bit of effort , the TV had a firestick to view programs with but we were unable to get it to operate or connect to the Wifi , hot drinks making was provided but only tea was provided in the room , we would have preferred coffee but there was not any provided in the room , other guests were a bit noisy and we could hear them being sick , it was a bit unpleasant , but i was informed via text message the host did make sure this would not happen again and the guests making the noise were barred from returning to the property , we did choose to leave early in the morning and that was not a problem , reasons were to avoid traffic jams and the noisy guests were a contributing factor in our decision to check out early and not stay for breakfast

Home feel service, warm experience, great scenery around house, a nice place you spend your time.

I love Nancy, the dog the most. I love how dog friendly it is and sitting in the living room chatting with other guests was brilliant. Also loved the bath, it was great for me to get into after my 06:30 swim in the sea.

That I couldn't sneak Nancy the dog into my suitcase.

The Views from the bed/bedroom and the lounge were amazing ..hard t top. Coupled with the fabulous reception by Alex and Deb warrant 11/10!!! 🤗

The bathrooms were a little wonky and cold but the positives far outweigh. Sorting them would make it absolutely the tops. Breakfast wasn’t up to much, but again not really an issue.

location fabulous, right on the headland. exceptional. informal arrangements. did their best to provide vegan breakfast and very flexible with checking in and check out. would def go again

clarity around when the house is a b and b and when it is private. but not the other hand it was all pretty relaxed and good to meet others.

I cant express myself much in words here. I was supposed to stay for one night but THE VIEW, the host, the DOGS, made me stay the other night as well, even though I had to cancel my next stay at Manchester for a significant loss. But this loss was worth to stay here next day as well. With the perfect view, along with the best people, I felt no difference than a home. I remember asking the host, "Hey, CAN I PAY MORE FOR THIS STAY?" I met the best people, a best experience, memorable moments. Just within 36 hours.

I wish I had something to criticise. If only I could say I wish the sun could rise and set at the same location every time ;););)
