Having rented many condos in Winter Park/Fraser over the years, I would have to say this one is one of the nicest. It is in excellent condition and very nicely decorated. Having humidifiers in each room is a nice touch. The location is great with the bus to the resort coming right up to the building.
The Beaver Village complex is quite large, and we did have difficulty finding the unit. We ended up having to go to the office and having them direct us to the place. A detailed description on finding the unit in the "check in" information would be nice.

Really enjoyed our stay. We felt that the condo was a bit dark in the bedrooms, where it would have been nice to have better lighting, it was difficult to see your clothes. Also would have liked to have had more towels. It was a very nice place and we enjoyed stay, so much to do in the area.

If you need a crash pad for a ski trip, this works. Clean and central location. It is outdated and old from around 1980 with few updates. Price is good and if you are not there much, it works.

Great Stay
Everything from check in to check out was great! A perfect little cozy condo nestled in winter park will make for a great stay. This condo was equipped with anything and everything you need for your perfect getaway trip. The condo itself was super cute and in a great location. During our stay, we definitely felt at home. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

If you need a crash pad for a ski trip, this works. Clean and central location. It is outdated and old from around 1980 with few updates. Price is good and if you are not there much, it works.

Good condo but not slopeside which is what I was expecting. Bus service was very spotty and at times completely off schedule. Overall I liked the property but was disappointed with the location and the transportation to and from the village.

Very nice cozy property close to downtown winterpark and ski resort! Fully stocked kitchen...very clean! Beds were comfy! I would highly recommend this unit in Beaver Village, we had a wonderful stay with our adult kids
