The location and the view were amazing.

The location was absolutely perfect! Very secluded by the river with plenty of views of the trees and mountains. You would have no idea where you were if you didn't drive there. It was perfect for a fire and some hot chocolate.

The bathroom was a little dirty but that didn't bother us as we don't hang out in the bathroom.

There was a gap around the entrance door, there was this big nasty cob web with “something in it in the window above the upstairs window. There was an ant problem. And the spa tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.

My family LOVED being close to the river, the kids loved sleeping in the loft, and a convenience store was exactly that-conveniently located just a short walk away! It was easy to access, close enough to downtown but removed to feel secluded

The top step leading to the loft was loose! We found out the hard way, but fortunately no one was injured. Plus, the steps were STEEP and there was not a railing on the open side making it a fall danger.

How cozy the house is. Wood burning stove was excellent. Sitting area down by the river was relaxing. Well stocked for cooking supplies.

Details were overlooked. Had to clean all dishes and silverware before using. Fridge was not cleaned (had spills in it). Plumbing had issues with flow for bathroom &kitchen and hot/cold was swapped in the stand-in shower. Caulking in shower cracked. Instructions need to be updated. They had incorrect or missing info under parking, wifi, and checkout. Placement of tv is very strange. Not sure why it's located in the kitchen facing the bathroom. Uncomfortable to watch from couches.
