Everything was great.

Property was very clean and easy to access off of the highway. Would absolutely recommend to a friend looking for a home base in the middle of the keys.

Brought my father and my son down from MD to enjoy the warm weather, clear water and couple days of fishing and relaxing. Very satisfied with my choice of accommodations. Very quiet, clean and plenty of room. Hope to revisit very soon! Thank you for a great stay and allowing us to make father and son memories.

Great location. Took a trailer with bikes, that was a task finding a place for the trailer. Downstairs was 10 degrees warmer than upstairs. Rooms were small for the furniture. Other than that it was as advertised.

We enjoyed the time we spent, but it would have been nice to be able to use the resort amenities.

This property was very clean and was exactly as pictured and described. It was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean, well-maintained and well-appointed unit within the resort. We had a great stay and were very happy with everything. They were very clear in the description that there is no access to the resort pools, but that was not an issue for us since we were out boating every day. Other family members we traveled with had multiple issues with other units rented through the resort and paid much more. So we were quite happy with our decision to rent through Vacasa.

The location was fabulous. The towels were the good kind! The full kitchen helped a great deal. Very quiet street.

Was not able to make it due to having surgery emergently. So basically just lost my money because they were not able to Work with me at all to get me a credit for another time or refund the money. Disappointed

This villa was ideal for our trip. It was clean, nicely updated, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The location in Duck Key made for an easy drive to Marathon, Pigeon Key, Bahia Honda State Park, Curry Hammock Park, Sombrero Beach, and it was just 90 minutes to Key West for a day trip. It was nice to have a comfortable, safe, and lovely villa to return to after each day’s activities.

Within an hour of Key West. Clean - the management team was responsive to our requests. Would stay here again!

Only complaint was A/C was struggling to meet 72 setpoint. We did travel on motorcycles with tow behind trailers which we were concerned about prior to arrival but no issue once o. Property. Unit does back up to resort pool area and could be loud during the day

Very nice place, comfortable beds, 2 baths upstairs and 1 downstairs, pretty private deck, well stocked kitchen, good wifi. Only one washcloth for 4 adults but we made do. People in the resort were so help- unlike the manager of our apartment who didn't answer our questions and offer any help. We were in a panic on the afternoon before check-in because we were on the road with no printer and were told that the only way to enter the property was to have a printed copy of the check-in instructions which weren't going to get to us until the morning of check-in. When we didn't get answers from the manager we called Vacasa directly. That person sent us the check-in instructions the day before and we WASTED 2 hours of our trip looking for a public library, learning their system for printing and producing the printed copy. When we arrived at the Hawk's Key gate the very pleasant gentleman never asked for paperwork, just wanted to know that we were staying in a privately owned unit. We love VRBO but now have a bad taste in our mouth for VACASA.

Furnishings nice. Adequately supplied. The snag was the stackable dryer. It catches and twists the clothes!

Lovely place in a great resort area.

Never got there, flights canceled, no refund, not happy. This was my birthday/retirement trip!

We spent 3 nights here and had a wonderful time. Perfect space for two couples. Will be back for sure. Thank you!

Had an awesome time with friends and family at this beautiful resort. Good times all what we wanted. Great place. Only issue is down stairs is warm thank god for the fan other wise it was hot

Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Great neighborhood to walk around in. Only negative I could come up with is the cleanliness of the floor. After walking barefoot in the condo for a few minutes the bottom of my feet were very dirty. Floors could be cleaned better. All else seemed clean and welcoming. Nice porch, nice furniture and had a washer/dryer. Easy entry with code sent to us day of arrival which for us was very late. Would recommend!

Thermostat didn’t work properly and the Master had no place to put folding clothes! Had a closet no shelves and was extremely small for a closet . Kitchen has only 1 wine glass no wine opener.

Very impressed

As a whole the property was fantastic. There were a few things that we have never experienced. The only trash bags available were the ones in the trash cans upon arrival. Also no salt and pepper in the house. But the overall would recommend someone staying here for their trip to the keys.

We loved the location of this vacation property in Duck Key! We had most everything we could need and so enjoyed our time here. It is decorated so stylishly.
