Some miscommunication on check in process. Also wasn’t informed that the property ONLY accepts checks for key deposit. I didn’t travel with checks.
Overall though my stay was perfect. Only wish the pool stayed open past dusk. Given it’s all lit up through the night I would think a 10p close would be reasonable.
Condo was equipped and I took items I really didn’t have to. I plan to book again, now knowing what to expect at check in.

We spent a month in this unit and loved every minute! The Tides is a fantastic property and this unit was perfect for our family. It was clean, had great bathrooms and a kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed Tides 423 immensely. We had been guests previously of friends who own a unit at The Tides. So we were familiar with the property but really enjoyed sharing the unit with our family. The unit was clean and very well stocked. Checking in was easy and the unit was very comfortable for our family. Beds were comfortable and the couches were amazing. There was plenty of seating room in the living and dining areas. Without initial inquiry with Resort Rentals, staff was extremely helpful Andrea of great assistance. Communication with Resort Rentals was very good.

After having a bit of difficulty checking into our unit, we absolutely loved everything about it. The location was ideal, the online pictures were spot on and the view was amazing. Can't wait to go back next year.
