very nice apartment

After our (nonrefundable) booking we were contacted by the host that there were additional costs for linen and cleaning (total 120 euro for 2 persons for 2 days) that were not mentioned on the booking.com website (and also not included in the 'kleine lettertjes'). We were totally surprised but the representative of the host confirmed that this was not mentioned on the website to keep costs on first sight low!! These additional costs needed to be settled in cash upon arrival. We were left with 2 options: leaving or paying. We had a non-refundable booking and we had no alternative accommodation for the night. All in all it felt as a total scam. These additional costs should have been mentioned at time of booking. Now total costs for the appartment are totally misleading and untransparent.

Laurence, the host was very friendly. The apartment was beautifully decorated. It was only an 8 minute walk to center of town., which was perfect.

The deposit for (potential) damage has to be paid in cash. So you will need to go to a bank before arrival. There are loads of cash points in town, but it would have been good to know this beforehand.

Laurence welcomed us and made us feel at home very quick, she was helpful and we enjoyed the location and being close to the port and surrounding, we had a great time as a couple :)

The apartment was clean and nice. Its perfect for 2 people.

These fees were only mentioned after booking: - we paid 60€ extra cleaning fees for the house - we paid extra 19€/person to clean the Lenin. The host said it was cleaned by antigenic professional cleaning, but we think they just use the washing machine at the apartment. - very bad organization at checkout - the host said that the deposit is 800€ but it is written it's 500€. - there was no soap, no sanitizer - there was no view in the apartment

New nice apartment, very good beds, clean, 10 minutes by walk to the beach and city center. Parking.

If you are not french you need to pay 1000euros cash deposit even if on booking only 500 is mentioned. Pay attention also if you book through mobile version application: there are additional charges of eur 60 + 19 eur by person for bed linen and towels. If you are family of 4 person it is easily the price of additional night.
