Pillow case dirty with spots, floor mat very dirty, handle broken. Stain in blankets, No inventory in the home for verification or for acknowledgement before entry but the staff claim things missing and charge from deposit.

The owner made a false claim and asking to pay a big amount to compensate, a police report has been made. Beside that lot of Cockroaches in the ground floor bathroom, living hall AC not working. Broken shower tab and trying to claim from the customer.

Very disappointed that booking.com did not notify that the house is not fit for occupancy due to damages and even charged and deducted the payment fr credit card. Only informed by owner about this when contacting for check-in. Owner advised to contact customer service to arrange for refund. We were most upset with the lack of service and information fr booking.com which spoilt our family holiday. So far, no response from customer service on refund. Instead, an auto response "thank you for your stay" and request to rate our stay at the property. This is ridiculous ! Booking.com please do necessary to effect the full refund and compensation for the last minute chaos caused.

Overall satisfied. Big house big room big parking can put at least 4 hilux size. Very nice owner. Definitely book again when go Ipoh.
