Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here. It was a very large house which accommodated our group. The game rooms were very fun. The host has great communication with me BEFORE the trip, however, during the trip when we ran into some issues, I never could get an actual response from him. Just kept getting what seemed like automated messages about “hope you’re enjoying your stay” etc… The issues we had were: there was basically NO silverware in the kitchen. We went out and bought plastic ware to use. There was 1 fork. A hand full of butter knives and some spoons that were no larger than infant spoons. The second night we were there, there was a puddle coming from the fridge, we traced it inside to the water filter where we cleaned up the mess. I alerted the host, but again, no real response. The was no ski ball table like pictured and both the hockey table and the ping pong table were kinda in rough shape, but still usable. We enjoyed having them. The Nintendo was cool too. There were plenty of amenities for everyone and the location was great to everything in grapevine.

We spent a few days in Dallas during the kids' Christmas break and this house was our stay. It was clean and comfortable, and the kids had fun with the air hockey table and the SNES game system in the living room. The host was easy to communicate with and things went pretty smoothly. That said, the listing's pictures at the time showed a skee ball game. There was no skee ball game in the garage. My young boys like skee ball so it would've been nice to get what was advertised. Traveling with young boys, I do tend to weigh those "fun extras" quite heavily. The air hockey table had broken electronics (no lights or scores). It still worked and we enjoyed it. But in the pictures, the air hockey table has working lights. There were also some minor things that could use attention: - The wife was dissatisfied with the bath towels. - There was only one fork. - There were no tissue boxes. - The master bedroom had only one nightstand, unlike the two in the pictures. I find this really odd.

Property was in a nice neighborhood and my review is really pretty similar to others I had read. I feel the price might of been a little too much for what was there. Pool wasn't as inviting as picture may suggest. Bottom is very dirty with stuff - we didn't use it. Games are OK - foosball handles came off - old or maybe because of the heat of the garage that the game is located in. Rooms: beds comfy but the lighting was bad. There were lamps on bedside tables, but no plugs. Maybe an extension cord would help, as a suggestion. I had to maneuver a lamp on the bed and sort of lay it down to get enough light to read. Batteries dead in the TV remote. Very few utensils in the kitchen. Baby forks. It's basically an empty house - with some basics left for guests to use. Overall, again we had a short stay, it served our needs but I didn't feel, for the price, that it was all that great.

Very cute house, lots to offer. Needed more amenities not enough towels, kitchen towels or toilet paper. Pool needs to be cleaned and covered it had moss growing in the bottom. Overall it was fun with all the games.

Clean and safe place to stay.

We were really disappointed about the AC and pool. The pool isn’t usable. The pool is the main reason we booked here. The chlorine is too high to swim in without it burning our eyes and making us itch. We have pools at home and maintain chlorine consistently at a good level without it burning our eyes. Wednesday more chlorine tablets were added but the pool wasn’t vacuumed or even skimmed. Also, the pool has a severe leak and the steps closest to the gate are soft. Like it’s caving in, which I’m SURE is something the owners are aware of. The whole pool is kind of falling apart. The lights hanging above the pool are against code and I’d hate for someone to get electrocuted in the pool. And the AC is really a miserable point of the house. The kitchen, dining, living room has to be FREEZING in the evening/ at night (set on 60). If we don’t do this it would get so hot you can’t sleep in the bedrooms. Also, even with it set on 60, it gets to 74/75 during the day in the living areas. I’m just a little set back that such major issues as the pool steps falling apart, chlorine being so high guests can’t swim, one of the games being completely removed, and the AC struggling so bad, are not mentioned in the reviews to date. Also, the skeeball machine is missing. The house is nice. Plenty of towels/ TP. Pretty kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean. I would stay here if I didn’t want to swim and it wasn’t during the summer since the AC doesn’t work well.

Very nice place and convenient to stores and restaurants. Clean and comfy beds. It is in the airplane landing path, but not intrusive. There is a noise abatement in effect, and I didn't hear any planes in the night. The neighborhood is quiet.

Fun, clean place. Pool was smaller than expected and garage game room doesn’t have a/c but my granddaughter and her friends had a blast. Lots of room and beds. Kitchen had everything you would need, pool towels provided and even laundry pods were available for washer. Never could figure out how to make scoreboard on air hockey game work. And there is not a skee ball machine like shown in photos. Just an FYI

The location and accommodations were perfect. We had 3 of our grown children and families at the house and another son and family that live in Keller who came over to be with us. The kids were entertained with the games and pool. We found a small water park just minutes away that was only $5 per person. Lots of fast food places nearby plus a WM and Sams nearby. It was perfect.

Farhan was very thorough and answered all my questions very quickly. Renting was smooth and without problem. Will recommend to friends. Loved the pools.

Our property was clean, host was responsive and communicated well. Garage playroom rug is loose and may create a slight tripping hazard for seniors. Kick plate under front door needs adjusting. Overall, nice property and great host. Two thumbs up

Nice location. Minutes from most places to see and visit in the area. The neighborhood was in an okay area. Very populated, dense and old. The house was clean, but the floors were super sticky. Probably a housekeeping issue. And the toilet in the master bedroom was loose. The fridge was not working but they had another one in the garage and the host let us know beforehand. The microwave was in pieces and wasn't working well. I wasn't very comfortable with the security cameras facing the pool. But luckily we did not plan on using it.

The house itself was so pretty and very spacious. It is located in a neighborhood that has a very safe feel to it and it was a quiet area. The pool area in back is very pretty as well. The home was very clean when we arrived and we were all too ready to put the air hockey table to work! Definitely recommend this house and we intend to stay here again the next time we are in Dallas!

We stayed a weekend here for a sports competition for one of my children. Kids absolutely LOVED the game rooms at this location. Space was very inviting and we were able to enjoy the home as a family. Beds were all very comfortable and enough space to accommadate our large family. Owner checked in with us day of checkin and was very friendly and prompt with any questions we had.

There was 14 of us from the ages of 4 months to 64. There was plenty of space for all of us. Adults was in the front room. While the kids (and adults lol) played in the game rooms. Very nice place for a getaway. The host always responded promptly if we had any questions.

Easy check in and great communication with owner. We had a family gathering over Thanksgiving and brought everyone into the DFW area. We all had a great time during our stay with multiple TVs and sports watching. Plenty of space for everyone. Very close to WINCO (8 min), which is now my favorite grocery store with better pricing than others. You have to absolutely get tacos from "Velvet Tacos", ...door dash! Make your way over to J. Macklin's Grill. It is not that far, and has a solid tasty menu as well. There is a very nice fenced area in the backyard separate from pool area where you can take small children to play. Great family gathering stay.

Absolutely great place for a family getaway. Plenty of amenities and great location. Clean and comfy with plenty of room and privacy. Will definitely book again if we’re making another trip to the DFW area.

A group of 4 of us stayed for a 3 day DFW golf trip and enjoyed the house tremendously. The location was close to the golf courses we wanted to play and we made good use of the extras in the house (air hockey table, foosball, ping pong, Nintendo, TV's in every room to watch the game). It was a great spot for some competitive guys to enjoy a weekend of golf and keep the competition going at the house! Great spot for a guys weekend, we'll be back!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The pool was the highlight for our kids, the beds were super comfy, everyone loved picking their own room. I was nervous to see all of the fans set up 🤣 we like the house super cold when we sleep. The ac did struggle to keep the place as cold as we normally would like during the hottest part of the day (on 100°+ days in Aug), but we weren't ever uncomfortable or hot so it was all good. Bed linens and towels were fresh and clean! We would stay here again. Great location and great communication from our host!

Had a great weekend with our family! We really enjoyed all the games and the pool. Farhan was very easy to keep in contact with. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Could use some pool chairs and better yard maintenance.

It was very clean and nice we just wish they had extra bedding for the pull out bed . We had leave to a night earlier than expected due to a family emergency.

We were a big group with several kids so we were looking for something to keep them entertained. This place was great for that. There are some things that should be improved and hopefully fixed before anyone else stays as they could be an accident waiting to happen. The railing on the stairs was loose, there were many chairs that were loose and we were afraid of sitting in them. There were no hangers we had to buy our own. There is also no skee ball like in the listing. Overall we had a nice time. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

My family of 12, 9 adults and 3 children got together because my husband was turning 60and he wanted to play golf at the Dallas Cowboy Golf Course. The house was perfect for all of us. The games kept us busy with my nephew! The pool was nice! The host had a lot of little amenities that made our stay easier for us. He had detergent pots for us to do laundry! He had toothpaste in Aeschylus bathroom. A few things I did notice is the handrails going upstairs were loose! He had only 2 or 3 pool chairs and one the seat was broken! Knowing big parties are coming maybe get more pool chairs! But my family overall had a great weekend and would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed having a sort of staycation vacation! We just relaxed and hung out in the pool everyday! The house would be great with a family. We just had our 1 yr old but she had a great time in the pool! Owner was very communicative and hospitable! Overall, a great few days.

June 2021 Cute house and accommodations for our group were nice. There were a few areas that could use some TLC to make the stay a little more enjoyable. The host Farhan was the best, always checking in to see if we needed anything and that we were doing ok. We left a very expensive item there which he personally got it and shipped it back to us. Pretty unusual and very much appreciated!! I think the house could be a good place to stay if a few minor things were taken care of.

Kids loved the games in the house. The pool was a little outdated, but very functional. Owner was very prompt in messages and the house was nice.

We were recently in Lewisville for our granddaughter's wedding. Our daughter and her family live in Flower Mound so this property was only10 minutes from their home and it was perfect. We had the rest of our kids and grandkids with us and it was a blast! The kids, young and old :), loved everything! So many fun things to do! The homeowner, Farhan, was wonderful to work with. Everything went very smoothly as far as checking in and checking out. He even texted after a day or two to make sure we were having a good time and asked if there was anything we needed. He was very pleasant to work with! We did have an issue with the garage (that was converted into the main game room) as it had temporary carpeting under all of the games that was pushed up in areas and quite bumpy. Because of this, we were not able to safely play any games (especially Ping Pong) without tripping and falling. The air hockey table, however, was the hot spot for the grandkids!! It was nice that there were some indoor activities for the kids/grandkids. The multiple large screen TV’s with subscription services and Nintendo were also added benefits!!! We would definitely stay here again. Lots of Happy Memories! Thank you!
