No bed light, so have to get up to turn the lights off, electricity socket only on one side of the bed

The double bed is a little smaller than the average queen-size bed. Sound insolation was poor, we can hear noises from other rooms.

The location is very strategic, and I can walk anywhere.

Clean room, in the old city centre where we can walk to nearby attractions in Georgetown and the hotel is more on the quiet side of city centre and less traffic.

Although we stayed in non-smoking rooms, we can smell the smoke as someone who stayed on the same floor was smoking and the smoke came through ventilation system. The staff didnt' seem to communicate well to each other. We requested for late check-out, one staff told us that we can have one-hour late check out but on the next morning, the other staff called and urged us to pack and check out immediately before 12.30.

Cockroach came out of the drain while I was showering. Not what one would expect from a place costing +400 MYR per night.

Modern hotel and room was clean and tidy.

We did not have a good night’s sleep as the sound proofing was very poor. You could hear people next door and out in the corridor. Also there was a lot of construction noise during the day, coupled with noisy inconsiderate guests. From our 3 night stay we would not return.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is also a kettle in the room.

The shower never got hot. The bottom sheet to the bed wasn't fitted, so it kept coming up and exposing the matress.

location is strategic, hotel is clean and easy process to check in & check out

No window in the room and the hotel main entrance is locked at nigt time. we were not informed during check in and it will be an issue if we left the hotel keys in the room

Good location, staff were very helpful with the WIFI issues I faced. Issues were fixed on the same day. Friendly staff at the reception. Good security, need to tap in with hotel card after a certain timing at night.

Bad soundproofing, could hear neighbours slamming their doors. Could have better slow closers on their doors.

located in the city centre. hard to get parking as i download the apps for parking in penang just to avoid any inconvenience but the facility of property is awesome. helpful staff and nice guard. the room is clean and great service after all.

parking is hard to get, iron place only one at every floor and you can easily being disturb by guest who are walking outside.
