It was immaculate and a credit to the cleaner . The hall carpet wasn’t the best in some lights but otherwise the flat was cleaned to the highest standard .it was walking distance to town centre and parking an absolute bonus . Recommend .

The bed in the en suite room is two beds pushed together . English hotel beds are predominantly much harder than NZ beds and this one was no different . I ached all over the next day . But it is a cultural difference and may not apply to other guests .

The apartment looked lovely and clearly a lot of thought had gone into it. It was tidy and in a quiet area which was helpful for the children sleeping.

It was a little cramped for our needs with having a young family, for example where we had to put the travel cot was next to an electric heater, which if it needed to be on, would have been dangerous. Also there was a bit of cleanliness to be improved as the wine glasses and cups were mainly dirty plus there was some dirt in the en suit shower and one of the wardrobe drawers but this wasn't major. The main bathroom handle was a little broken too but it didn't cause us any issues except needing to lock the door to get it closed. They did offer to come and fix this for us.

Every thing was ok, and we can relax after the competition. Sleep with open windoes and without noise.

Great accommodation, lovely welcome pack (mince pies, rum truffles and bottle of prosecco) useful information pack, location was ideal as it was only a 10min walk into town, nearby supermarket and plenty of green space for our dog. We had a slight problem with getting hot water so we contacted the owner who was very helpful and told us what to do with the boiler which sorted things out

The property was cosy, enough space for us, fully equipped kitchen even free tea and coffee, towels and bath mats in the bathrooms with soap and shower-gel an added bonus, beds were large and comfortable, location was great, and the surrounding area was peaceful and not busy. we really enjoyed our stay.

the key safe was a little confusing to begin with as there are a few, but easily sorted, getting out of the car park was tight as we have a big truck but we managed it.

Located a 10 minute walk away from everything and great local amenities. Clean, well kept and beautifully decorated - fantastic value for money. Hosts were very responsive too, and we were provided with all the information we needed. Thank you both so much for a wonderful experience!

Everything - very comfortable, excellent location, with parking and everything you need. Excellent place for a group of friends or was we were, a family. A gentle stroll into the centre and rail station. check-in details were easy to follow and simple. the Wifi, TV etc. kept everyone entertained when in the apartment, lounging around in the very comfortable lounge area. The bedrooms were great - very comfortable beds and bright and airy. kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were very thoughtful and welcome. There was also all you need in terms of dishwasher tables and washing up liquid etc.

The fact that we needed to come home was the only down-side. the communal stair carpet was a tad grubby but given the recent wet weather was no surprise this absolutely did not detract from our stay and has no reflection on the apartment - which I cannot recommend highly enough.

The flat had everything we needed, with some thoughtful touches such as kids' bowls and plates. Beds were comfy and we were never cold. Ideal location, quiet but easily walkable to town. Parking a bonus.

We think the cot would only fit in the en suite bedroom - not a problem for us but maybe worth a mention.

perfect location nice little walk into town centre. quiet location and the owners have thought of everything. apartment has everything you need and more. generous and kind owners who really know how to make guests welcome

An excellent rental for three days. Great hosts with rapid replies to all questions. We'll equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds. Fine location. Short, level walk to most destination. We would be glad to return. Solo or couple would be ideal renters IMHO. More might find it a bit crowded.

Location was ideal for Conference Centre and shops. Parking facility was fab. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Providing milk and biscuits was a nice touch. Hand soaps and dishwasher tablets also supplied.

Location with off-street parking was good. Full kitchen was nice.

The ensuite bathroom had an overpowering mold smell making it very difficult to use. My wife wouldn't even open the door.

Private parking was a must for us. The location was also ideal for waking into town.

I had need to call the hosts and while my questions were answered, I felt my call was an unwelcome imposition. Not rude, just curt.

It was spotlessly clean and smelt very fresh. It is modern and cosy and fully equipped with essential items. The property is a 10-15 minute walk into town in a quiet residential location. There is a parking space provided. The beds are comfortable. The owners are very responsive.

The drive into and out of the car park is a little tight. The bedrooms are a little on the small size. There isn’t a shaving/ toothbrush charging point in the bathrooms.
