The bathroom mat was not provided. Bathroom water accumulated in one corner where there was no drain hole.

Only the location, easy access and close to Sultan Qaboos Street and shopping malls

The untidiness of the place both at the front and inside especially the corridors was beyond my belief. I didn't hear or see cleaner cleaning the corridors with dirt all over the 2 nights I stayed there. The day staff was also very rude. I ask of a floor towel so to prevent the risk of slipping or bringing wet feet to the tiled room floor from the bath. To my shock, the staff answered, this is not 5* hotel so use your shirt or cloth as floor towel. Never in my life of travelling and staying various hotels have I seen or heard this before. Electric cables unsafely hanging out and fridge making loud banging noise I had to switch it off. The place is simply horrible, for me anyway.

The bed was comfortable! and location was really great. Near to Muscat Grand Mall and Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque

I was in a 2 bedroom appartment. Initially they provided me with only 1 towel. Went downstairs asked for another 4 but I only got 2 more.

Rooms, washrooms were very well maintained and was very neat and clean including the bedsheets and cupboards

I think the hotel should has basic amenities like water bottles, food delivery services...atleast they should keep water bottles in the room when the guests are yet to accomadate the room..also they should check the cables and wires, switches before the checkin of the guest...If these basic things are in place then this hotel is best for families and visitors..
