We have traveled to the Gulf Coast beaches for vacation for the last 12 years and this is our best experience by far! The property is beautiful and just the right size for our little romantic getaway. The beach was not over populated but still had access to amenities like cabanas and chairs to rent. The unit itself has a closet full of beach necessities. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff was responsive and accommodating. Thank you for offering two options for coffee making!!! The parking is tight as described but doable. Allow your passengers to exit the vehicle before parking. Easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and activities off property. The couch is perfect for naps and balcony boasts a beautiful full view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. We will return to this property as soon as we can. .

Place was perfect for what we were looking for. Super clean and right on the beach. Only issue was very tight parking spot, so be mindful of that if you have a large car.

We booked this condo at the last minute and loved it! Beautiful unit, all the amenities you need for days at the beach, chairs, towels, cooler etc. The rental cabanas right out front were perfect. The beach was gorgeous. Only tricky part is the one parking spot included is right next to the wall and a pole so our minivan barely fit. But would love to come again.

Great stay! Beautiful place right on the beach with sandy beaches and blue water. Loved it. Management was very responsive and helpful during my stay can easily walk to some fun restaurants like caddies or take a Lyft. one thing, beach chairs and umbrellas and everything you need for the beach is provided, but if you’re looking to cook, there is nothing. No leftover oil or salt and pepper. We were out the whole time but for those looking to take advantage of the kitchen just a helpful note.

Cannot beat the location - it is a quieter spot on the beach than a half a mile down, where the beach trail starts. Loved being able to rent a cabana, $40/day with two lounge chairs. Condo was well stocked with everything needed for those that like to cook. And that couch... doesn't look like anything special, but it really sucks you in! All of us had nice naps on it :-)

Our family enjoyed the condo, beach and pool area. The condo was clean and updated. The balcony view was beautiful. The parking space was tight, but we knew that ahead of time. The only thing that was missing that we expected to have were shampoos and soap for the bathrooms.

My family had a great stay and the place was as advertised. We had prompt response and resolution from the property manager when we had an issue with the coffee maker. I would recommend this stay to others.

We stayed for a long mother-daughter weekend with my daughter, her friend and friend's mother. This condo was exactly as pictured. Very attractive decor with many beach accessories provided which was an added plus that we did not expect. It is on the smaller side, but comfortable for the four of us. Condo grounds were very clean & well maintained. Rockers were nice on the balcony overlooking the beach. Nice tvs in living and both bedrooms. Only downside was the very tight parking space. A standard rental SUV barely fit. Would definately stay again.

Beautiful property, and a great location. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. From the comments about parking being tight, I was concerned since we had to take the larger SUV. Once we got there, it is small but between me and a suburban we were fine! Just have your passengers get out before parking. Great trip and will definitely go back again!

We had a wonderful weekend! The condo has everything you need for the perfect beach day. Do not worry about packing anything for the beach the closet is filled with chairs, umbrellas, tents, floats, toys, etc. Will definitely be back!!!

Overall great, I would just say if you’re bringing more than you and your spouse the parking spot it tight. It didn’t really effect us. We had a good time & can’t wait to be back. Our new home away from home. Beach is so peaceful.

Unit it newer & well kept. Most everything is provided for you.
Only ONE Negative!! The parking spot is the least desirable of them all. We brought our smallest vehicle and still had difficulties/concerns with getting out of the spot.
To the right is a wall, the spot to the left is next to a pole, if the car to your left isn’t cheated to their left, you’re in a bad situation. We ended up just using Uber to get around, the hassle of parking wasn’t worth it.
We will stay in the building again, just not in this unit.

This unit was wonderful and the description was spot-on. Location - walking distant to everything we needed: Publix, bars/restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners (suggestion would be to have a few more dish towels and a shot glass). Bedrooms/bathrooms were good sized and comfortable. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot. Spent so much time enjoying the view and watching the sunsets each night. Supplies - unit had everything we needed to feel right at home.
We highly recommend staying at this unit. We loved every minute and were sad to leave.

Overall our stay was great. Awesome view from the room and on the top floor. Our only concern was the narrow parking. My husband had to drop me off and pick me up before parking. Also the water pressure is extremely low. Normal shower took longer due to this. The toaster burned our toast several times even at a low setting. It burned the bottom toast (may need to be replaced). Overal great location and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Beach
The property was right on the beach. The kitchen was well appointed. The furniture was comfy, and there were THREE televisions in the unit. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Great for 2 people or a family with small kids.

The location was perfect. They had Everything you needed for the beach. The chairs on the balcony were nice. They could definitely upgrade the linens in the bathroom. The towels were old and dingy.. we totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. And i want to say ive used vrbo for years and it always has delivered..

After reading reviews, we had much different expectations for this condo. It's dated and uncomfortable. The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are tiny. We couldn't sit at the table or on the bar stools to work because they were not comfortable. The small, nearly cushion-less sofa was even worse. The master bed was bad. It had polyester sheets that looked like they were bought at a flea market. The bathroom sinks had a weird sewer-like odor. The floorboards and areas behind the furniture were dirty. The wifi had issues.
