Our family stayed here and had the best time! We found the house to be clean, well-stocked, inviting and more than enough space. The location was perfect for walking to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful! 5 stars!

Great location to tour all the memorials, Smithsonian’s & Georgetown. We walked for miles & were happy to return here for rest & relaxation. Comfortable beds, easy to use heat/ac & house music. Stocked with supplies/towels/coffee. We will book again when we return.

We take an annual trip to DC each year and have stayed in several rentals. This is by far the best one. Andrew was an excellent host and this rental had all of the amenities needed for a great stay - coffee, spices, laundry detergent, all of the items one might need but doesn’t want to purchase for a short trip. Rental was clean and well maintained. Truly excellent! Thank you Andrew!

Perfect home away from home for family sightseeing trip. Very clean and comfortable accommodations on pretty, tree-lined street that is in great location for walking to sights and restaurants. Andrew is a very organized and responsive host who has provided many extras which were appreciated. Check in/out process was super easy and nice to have the parking space as well. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable accommodations near Foggy Bottom made for a great "base" for graduation weekend. Location was great, beautiful street and dedicated parking spot made a chaotic weekend very manageable for the family.

The stay was just perfect: location was on a leafy quiet street but just a few blcks away from the hustle and bustle. Metro station was an easy walk and it was just the ideal base for a trip to DC. Superb amenities and decor (modern chic) and the property has loads of character. The little touches were so nice such as welcome music playing on the alexa when we arrived and plush hand soap throughout. Andrew was so accomodating and answered all questions so quickly and was always on hand. He was the perfect host. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to DC! Highly recommend this property

The townhouse was perfect for a family stay for sightseeing. A short easy walk to the Foggy Bottom-GW metro stop with Whole Foods nearby, it was clean, great layout, well appointed with a very convenient parking spot. The owner was accessible for questions and get responsive with an organized, thoughtful set of online instructions and information for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Very modern, well appointed clean townhouse was perfect for our DC visit. It was close to the Metro station which allowed us to zip around and visit all the tourist sites with ease. It is also close to Whole Foods and several casual restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

The house is beautiful and comes with all the little extras! We got in late night and woke up to coffee and creamer available in the pantry. Nice touch! They even had dog treats and poop bags. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great location! Close to the metro and Georgetown. We took the Metro every day, then walked to dinner most nights. The house had everything we needed and more. Very clean. And the parking spot was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a great time and highly recommend this great find of a townhome. Quiet, historic street, close to the national mall and metro for sightseeing. Also, a quick 10 min walk to Georgetown for coffee and dinners by the water. Andrew was a great host, very pleasant and responsive. We'd love to come back in the future if we have the opportunity!

The property was clean, organized and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were games for the kids to play and a nice backyard. We were very impressed with this property

The property itself is gorgeous and clean. There are many beautiful neighborhoods to walk through nearby, and amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants are very close too. Another bonus is that within walking distance, you can tour many of the beautiful government monuments, and then walk to historic restaurants such as old Ebbitt Grill. We had a great time!

My family and I (husband, and 3 kids 15, 10, and 8) all had a wonderful stay here. The communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. He answered any questions we had very thoroughly. Check in and out was seamless. The property was just as described, clean, and organized with plenty of space for us to comfortably enjoy our time. The location was fantastic - on a beautiful quiet, tree lined street - and very close to the metro. Lots of great restaurants and Trader Joe's within walking distance. Great coffee available for the morning too!
We will definitely be recommending it to friends or family and will be bak ourselves.

Andrew was a wonderful host. His property is in a great location on a safe street. The space was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the dedicated parking space and EV charger were a huge plus. Andrew was lovely to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We spent 5 days here while visiting DC with family. We would definitely stay here again. There were so many nice amenities like an espresso machine and tea kettle. The only thing that could be improved on is the quality of pillows and maybe a few more bath towels ( or higher quality). Check in and communication with the owner was seamless.

We were so happy with our accommodations! Not only did the place itself exceed our expectations, but Andrew was also fantastic! Everything was so clean, well kept, and let me stay, well stocked when we arrived. Andrew goes above and beyond to make sure that your questions are answered and that you feel at home during your stay. We were new to the area, and had no idea where to go to eat, but wanted to order in as we had a long day of travel. Andrew was great about providing restaurant suggestions, not only for that night but also for the duration of our stay. I can say that Andrew is a gem, and so is this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting DC in the future. Thank you, Andrew, for being such an amazing host!

I emailed our host prior to the stay inquiring about a bluetooth speaker. Although there was an Alexa in the kitchen, he dropped off a great sounding Bose speaker on our first day.

This was an incredible place to stay. We were locals moving away from DC, and we wanted convenience and a great location as our last memories.

We stayed here for a weekend trip. Directions and check-in were a breeze with the detailed guide that was provided ahead of time. When we arrived the host had ensured the home was warm as it was a cold weekend, and we had a fabulous stay. The thoughtful details, well stocked kitchen, bottled water, cabinet labeling etc made everything easy!
Very comfortable living area with great modern updates. Modern bathrooms and plenty of bedroom space.
The neighborhood is quiet with lots of people walking their dogs...and is only minutes to the sights and shopping.

My family and I stayed at this home for several days and really enjoyed our stay. Andrew made things so convenient! He responded quickly to my messages and I really appreciated the digital guidebook he sent. It made it easy to check in and out. The home is in a perfect location-nice, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. I also really loved the fact that a parking spot is located right behind the home. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a water cooler. We had a great time and will definitely book this home again next time we visit DC!

Great location. Nice walk to national mall area. Comfortable house and all amenities present. Kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with laundry dryer and Andrew fixed it quickly! Would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The house is clean., quiet and quaint - and situated perfectly between all that DC has to offer.
But, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Andrew, the host. I had an issue and he was right there (in spades) to help rectify. I have honestly not come across a finer host (or human, for that matter) than Andrew. I would stay there again just because of him!

My staff and I came into town for an orthopedic meeting and this was an ideal property and location. Andrew had great communication and had everything set up for us which made it easy and convenient. He was was responsive and helpful as we navigated the city. We will be back next year!

A perfect place for two couples to enjoy and the sites of DC. 5 min walk to Metro, short Uber ride to Georgetown. Place was spotless when we arrived and having an EV charger was just a bonus for us. Very quiet street but also so charming. We will definitely be back.
