There are similarly numbered condos across the parking lot and it was unclear when we arrived where to find our unit. Google just delivered us to the parking lot.

Spacious clean condo, very comfortable beds.

MB shower did not drain well, no way to plug on bbq on patio

We stayed in a ground floor condo. The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and spices. The refrigerator has a water filter. Two of the bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs and a master bedroom with full bathroom on the lower. The washer and dryer are located in a closet in the master bedroom. The washer doesn’t fill up very much with the load size sensor, but nice for washing towels and small loads. The condo complex has a heated pool. After 9pm the area is pretty quiet.

The condo has a bad problem with roaches. We saw at least 5 different species throughout the master bedroom, master bathroom (counter and floor, kitchen (counter, cabinets and floor), upstairs east bedroom floor and the upstairs bathroom floor. The on-site property manager Chris was quick to come by and put traps out twice, however they came out nightly. The curtains are all dirty and moldy. The interior lever for the lock on the front door is broken off, making it very difficult to lock and unlock the door. It is very difficult to unlock the door with the key. Everything about the island outside of this experience was amazing. Unfortunately the stay didn’t allow for any relaxation.

Honestly, just about everything was perfect. The cleanliness was great, washer and dryer in the condo! Beautiful design and easy parking. Pool was perfect, not too crowded and plenty big enough to have a lot of people if it was crowded.

Only drawback is it is not directly on the water and you can’t see the ocean from there. But who cares, you are on Kauai, 5 minute drive from the ocean!

The pool was large and very clean and water temperature perfect. We really enjoyed swimming at the pool and having lunch there at the tables. We appreciated having boogie boards at the unit for us to borrow. There was room for more guests in the 2nd floor alcove with pull out cough and foldable futon. The children loved the playground down the road and we loved the proximity to Foodland.

Feeling restricted in what we can do or say due to open windows across all units. Woken up by roosters early in the mornings or noise outside. Lanai was not well covered and wet most of the time, so we were unable to enjoy the lanai. BBQ grill on lanai was electric but wet, so did not use due to fear of electrocution.

Well-equipped duplex/condo! There is food (groceries and restaurants) within walking distance, good & safe walking trails, gorgeous beaches just a short drive away, well-located to Hanalei, quiet, private, comfortable, and beautiful.

Parking could be a little challenging, but we found a spot all but one night (9 night stay). .

Excellent location close to Princeville. Easy parking, but difficult to find a spot if you arrive late in the evening! Home was very clean and tidy upon arrival! Kitchen is pretty well equipped with dinnerware for approximately 8 people - including cutlery, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, some glasses, plastic serving utensils, and some tupperware. There was also a coffee machine (with filters), toaster, and some general pantry spices like salt pepper, etc. 3 Seperate bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. Easy to pick up the keys with the lockbox, although a bit challenging to find the unit when you arrive after dark!

The only complaints I have about this unit: that due to the humidity and lack of air conditioning in the unit, the unit could get slightly humid and hot. While having all the windows open and fans on was also just as nice as air conditioning, I'm sorry to say there was a bit of a bug problem in the unit! The first floor kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were covered in miniscule ants that covered many of our bags, and tried to attack anything with sugar we had in the kitchen (after we noticed we immediately put all our food in the fridge which helped immensely). We also found 2 huge cockroaches in the unit while we were there.... very unpleasant, but honestly I think this is more an environmental issue rather than an issue with the unit, in fairness, not sure what could be done to fix this issue completely.
