The location of the hotel is superior and that was the main reason for choosing this hotel.

The closets are very small and if you have a long dress, the closet does not accommodate that length. Also, the makeup mirror in the bathroom is terrible. The Staff at the front desk were all very congenial and professional. There were a few questions regarding local recommendations that they didn't know anything about and I would have thought a Hilton in this category would have a more knowledgeable front desk staff. Also, last year when we stayed there, we asked about a block of rooms for a future wedding. They did not have any one talk to us from the sales staff but was asked to fill out a form and someone would call us. No one ever called. The future bride also went to the hotel at a later date and was told they she needed to contact them within a few months of the wedding and she felt they were not interested in this type of business. That was a somewhat disappointing response having a family member that worked for Hilton hotels in sales and marketing.

Lovely and clean. Luxury feel, smells clean. The bed was comfy.

I stay at the hotel often and cannot understand why they installed these Illy Coffee makers. They use pods and only dispense about 1/4 cup of coffee whether you use espresso or coffee pods. I have complained about this every time and was told by the front desk staff " There is a coffee show down the street. At these prices, you should be able to have coffee in the room

Nice hotel, very clean and modern

Not all of the front desk staff were very hospitable and welcoming. I didn’t like that there was no independent hotel parking, only valet. I also did not like that breakfast was not included in the price.

Breakfast was very good , as well as the service. Location is very good but not for us since we spend all the time at my son's house.

Too stingy with soap and toiletries. No water in the room. There is no self-parking and valet parking is very expensive.

Valet parking is the only option and it’s 35.00 per day. The in room coffee machine is horrible, like a joke! It’s a high end brand but they should throw them out and get normal ones.

Location was perfect. Hotel layout very good. Rooms spacious.

Very small closet in room. Needed option for makeup application in the room not just the bathroom Lighting in room was very dark.
