Just spent 11 nights here with a family of six. We all loved the place. Lots of beach toys for the kids and we overlooked the beautiful pool. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were sad to leave and said we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed our stayed at this villa. Kauai is a breathtakingly beautiful place. This villa is in a great location with plenty of space for our family of 6 to enjoy our stay. We had an issue with the plumbing during our time that was unfortunate, however, Lauren was amazing and worked so hard to make sure we were comfortable throughout our vacation. We loved this place and hope to return one day!

We’ve stayed at this resort a few years ago. You can’t go wrong. Super close to Poipu beach, Kala, and a short drive from other amazing places. House was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could recommend is more dishes. There were six of us and we used almost all of the plates for each meal.

The location was perfect for us. The condo had everything you need - from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and a wagon. We've already talked about our next trip back!

We shared this condo for a delightful week with our adult children. It is very spacious with stylish comfortable furnishings , lots of room for a family group. The view from inside is just stunning of palm trees and a lovely pool. Large bedrooms with king beds and 3 bathrooms gave each couple their privacy and comfort. The kitchen is wonderful for cooking.
The artwork just added to the tropical ambiance of the property.
We loved the location…a pathway close to the property either went to the main Poipu beach in the west direction ( 5 min walk) or to the east and Shipwreck beach ( about the same) We were amazed at the excellent snorkelling at Poipu and Lawai beaches and body surfing at Shipwreck or Brenneckes beaches.
There are lots of shops and restaurants within short driving distance.
We can hardly wait to return.

Wonderful Luxury Villa! It really is a Short Walk to Poipu Beach snorkeling, 10 minutes max! Go to the beach at 4:30ish and Turtles swim to shore for their evening rest. We saw 22 turtles there! The lanai overlooks the pool, so sometimes the delightful sound of children playing can be heard. 😄. My husband said to mention the Kitchen Knives are High Quality! Highly recommend!

We had a very relaxing enjoyable stay! Lauren was great and very attentive. So many great places to eat and all activities were about a 20 minute drive. We would definitely recommend this place!

Overall the space was perfect in terms of size, comfort, and design for our family. As a party of 6, it worked great to have 3 full bathrooms so that there was never an issue with getting ready or cleaning up after a day of swimming and sightseeing. The Lanai was a great place to spend time as well and the beach gear was a special bonus so that we didn't need to rent equipment ourselves. We actually walked to Breneke's using the wagon and it was relatively easy back and forth.
One note is that the lanai and unit is close proximity to the pool which as you might expect can be fairly loud. The master bedroom is closer to the pool whereas the other 2 rooms are in the back and not affected. Also, these units are all wood floors so the unit above can be heard. Bring some earplugs or earphones and you should be fine.

We loved this place! The unit was wonderful- plenty big for 6 of us, great kitchen and we loved eating out on the balcony! The bathrooms were very nice too. The grounds are beautiful with lots of green and flowers. The pool is fantastic! The location made it so easy to get to variety of places on the south shore. We'd highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in these condos 10 years ago and came back for a reason. The layout is perfect for our family. It is a very comfortable place to stay with a short walk to the beach. We hope to come back sometime!

We’ve visited Kauai many times and have stayed at other units in the Poipu Kai resort, but this was by far THE BEST! The unit was beautiful and set us up for a relaxing vacation. The proximity to the pool was great for the kids, and having private BBQ’s right there made it easy for dinner. We had always seen these units on prior trips and told ourselves we would stay there, and we’re so glad we finally did!
