I had planned to stay 2 nights but left a day early. I have to say this is a nice home but it’s definitely needing some deep cleaning. It shows run down on floors, base, carpet, door tracks. We wanted to use the hot tub and that’s why I rented this place but the water was cloudy and not filled up all the way. Not hot, We ended up staying with friends that had a pool and hot tub because of this and only stayed 1 night. The refrigerator, doorways and stone floors/ grout were all really dirty. Huge pile of dirt in garage doorway door tracks had dirt and hair when you walk in. These are big deals to me as a customer staying in a place & May not be to Others so I say this with understanding that. Again it’s a nice house but bothered me. If the owner focused on some deep cleanings and getting the hot tub addressed this would be a great house. Thanks

We had a wonderful time at Joe’s home. It was clear the property is a home, not just a vacation rental. The location was perfect for us: close to NPX, downtown Flag, groceries stores & restaurants. There is a little walking path in the neighborhood that we explored one day & the kids loved feeling like they were in the pines. The main living space had plenty of seating for us all, with good quality furniture. The fire pit, hot tub & bbq were all really nice as well. The layout of the rooms downstairs is a little quirky: the primary bedroom with a king bed is open to a secondary bedroom with a queen bed. There is no way to fully close the rooms from each other so that’s worth considering when you’re determining if the bedroom arrangement will work for your group. We loved the s’mores kit too. That was a nice touch. The kitchen is large & well equipped. The house had everything we needed & we would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, incredibly well appointed house in a great location. The only complaint we have is the master bedroom was freezing compared to the rest of the house! The layout was also slightly funky - there is an opening in the wall between the master and another dow stairs bedroom with no way to close it off. It worked out fine for us, we just put our three year old in there. But overall this house was amazing, there was a great fire pit, the hot tub was fun for the kids, the movie room was a hit, it’s truly a great house to rent!

We really enjoyed our stay, house is comfortable and very close to downtown flag (10 min drive). Patio is wonderful and neighborhood is great.

Overall the stay was great and the backyard entertaining area was awesome for our group! Our main complaint was the coffee situation- 25 kerig pods for 13 guests for the 2 nights- a coffee pot would be a nice easy addition for a place with 5 bedrooms. The towel situation was okay but we wish we would have brought beach towel since there was 18 towels so we had to use the same towel for the hot tub as after showering, fortunately there was a washer we could use. The bathroom situation is a little difficult as there is only 1 bath room that is not an en suite so again with 13 friends/family you are either walking through someone’s room to use the restroom or everyone is sharing the one bathroom not attached to a bedroom and it’s on the second level. We would most likely stay here again but nice to know the nuisances. Also, as others have mentioned the master and another bedroom have an open walkway between without a door so you can always see into the other room.

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities that you could need for a stay! I would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you

The property was beautiful. One of the nicest places we've stayed. The outdoor BBQ was a big hit as we were getting out of the heat in the valley and spent most of our time in the back yard when we were not out and about. Plenty of room for all 7 of us to cuddle up on the living room sofa and watch movies late into the night. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. I would recomend 100xs!

We really enjoyed our last minute weekend get away at this house. It was clean, had everything we needed for cooking/grilling for our large family… and the extra little touches such as the s’mores basket we’re a big hit with the kids.

It had been decades since we spent a little vacation with family, other than visiting each other every now and then. This home is so comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. We cannot wait to visit again. Truly a magical weekend !!!!

Lovely home in a nice location. Home was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend away. Property manager was great to work with and we will definitely look to stay again in the future!

This was the perfect home for our group. It’s very cozy and so cutely decorated. We loved the open layout and all the spaces we could gather together. The kitchen is very well stocked, which was helpful so we could have meals at the house. It was very clean, and the backyard is great to hang out in!

The house and area were amazing. Close to downtown Flagstaff and a nice pumpkin patch that my 3 year old loved. The house was great and everything inside worked. The movie/entertainment room was nice to hang out in. The only odd thing is that the master bedroom and additional downstairs bedroom have a small 4 foot opening that connects each bedroom so that you can see each others bedroom from your own. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

awesome property that is centrally located - perfect for relaxing and seeing the area

This house was perfect for our group! We had 5 couples so each couple got their own bedroom. And the kiddos all slept in the movie room. Which really was like a 6th bed room. The only weird this is the master bedroom has a random little opening to another bedroom. So that takes away a little privacy foe the people staying in those two rooms. But other then that the beds and pillows were all comfortable. Comfortable clean linnens. The house is decorated very cute. The patio area is awesome as well!!! Great set up. And beautiful pines and other trees surrounding you to make you feel like your in the woods. Neighbors back yards backed up to the back yard but I felt the trees helped give a good sense of privacy. We just tried to stay respectful when it came to playing music or talking/ laughing after 10. The location was so perfect! It was close to plenty of stores, restaurants, bearazonia was 49 min away as well as slide rock. We had so much fun!!!!

Beautiful home with theater room which was perfect for the teenage girls. The outdoor space was absolutely perfect for the cool evenings - hot tub and fire pit were immaculate! The s’mores kit was the perfect icing on the cake for the kids! We’ll definitely be back

My 2 brothers, 5 cousins, and I reunited after some not having seen each other in over 10 years! This home was beautiful and a great place to come back and kick back after long hikes and drives around AZ. Some of us from Minnesota, Florida, & Southern AZ!
