Wonderful location!!!...GREAT view!! ...AND ...loved the "little things" the owner left for us.. just in case you forgot something. Our full size quad cab F-150 was just a little too tall for the underground parking and the spot was "tight". However, there is plenty of uncovered parking in the main parking lot.

My family stayed in this amazing beachfront condo for 7 nights while in town for a national dance competition. The condo was amazing! The residents were nice, the private balcony, pool, and beach access gave us everything we needed to both have fun and relax during our stay.
The host was highly communicative and service oriented. I would recommend for any age range

We had never been to Ormond Beach before and decided to give it a try. Let me start with the location. In our opinion it was as good as it gets. Grocery store and Dunkin less than a 2 minute drive away. Restaurants probably 5 minutes away. And the busier Daytona Beach was a 10-15 minute drive. The beach was never crowded which was very nice.
Now for the condo. It was spectacular. When I say it was spotless I’m telling you it was spotless. It had so many things provided from kitchen accessories to towels to beach equipment that we didn’t have to worry about anything. I had a couple questions that were promptly answered. Check-in was a breeze, and check-out was the same. If you’re looking for a perfect condo then this is the place for you. 10/10

We were very pleased with the apartment and were coming in for my daughter's senior trip. Reba, the homeowner, had something in the fridge for us and a welcome card to help us celebrate, which was a very nice touch. The apartment and the building and the pool and the beach were all wonderful, and we would very happily stay here again, and likely will!

Clean, lovely decor, beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Appreciate all of the extra amenities. (Shampoo, hand soap, Kleenex, etc)
Didn’t mind stripping the beds but laundry should be part of housekeeping charge.

So many extra little things that Reba includes in your condo. Hand soap, beach towels, beach chairs. Reba also responds very quickly to any questions. The beds were comfy and we saw dolphins every day while sitting in our balcony. Thank you Reba!

This condo exceeded all of our expectations! Kitchen to bathroom, well stocked with all your needs. I have stayed in this area many times, this condo has far exceeded my expectations. Great location, great views! Owner was on top of all my needs. This is the best you are going to find in this area at this price point. I will be staying here again!

Beautiful beach home with incredible views of the beach and the inter coastal. Has everything you could want! The beds and living room furnishings are super comfy. Communication with Reba was easy and she was very responsive when we arrived later than expected. Definitely will return again!

We booked this based on glowing reviews both for Van Lee property and this unit in particular. Pics and description accurate. Surprised how well we could hear the surf from 11th floor. Unit was spotless when we arrived, including balcony furniture. West facing balcony is a bonus in addition to OF balcony.

This was our first family vacation to Florida. I brought my two adult sons, my adult daughter and both my granddaughters. We we're all amazed at our accommodations. The condo looked exactly like it looked online when I booked it. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. We met a lot of really wonderful people while we stayed. This is definitely one of the most memorable moments we've all shared together. We couldn't have asked for better. The condo was perfect for us and was beautiful! We're so grateful to have had this opportunity. Reba, the host was friendly and offered to assist us with anything we needed. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could possibly want in the kitchen. There were lots of beach towels and blankets and bath towels. All you have to do is pack your clothes that's it. I highly recommend this condo at Ormond Beach Florida. Our vacation was perfect! We stayed October 3rd till the 8th 2023.

This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway...even when it rains and you don't get to the beach. The views off the balcony are serene and the the high top chairs near the front door to enjoy views of the Halifax and sunset are a bonus. The only issue we had was getting all of the TV remotes to work, wasn't a big enough deal for us though. We would come stay again.

We had such an amazing trip! The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need! Reba is so thoughtful and takes such good care of the guests! We got detailed emails prior to arrival and texts making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I caught a little bug and they were kind enough to allow us the option to extend our stay so would have time to recuperate before traveling home! It really was like staying with family. The location is quiet and beautiful and perfect for relaxing! I will definitely be booking a stay here again in the near future!

I recommend if you are looking for perfect place to stay in Ormond Beach to look at this property . Location is perfect, and view from balconies are amazing. Beach not as crowded as some spots. The condo was very clean and well maintained.All the amenity for condo was very well keep up and clean.There is a grocery store and Dunkin Donut in walking distance of the condo or short drive.The owner of unit was very friendly and stayed InTouch to see if we needed anything or if everything was as expected.I would Highly recommend the unit for your vacation.

Our 20th anniversary trip was just perfect. This condo has literally everything you need. I had asked if there was a cooler with the property so that we could take one on the beach. Reba replied that she would have one there and, sure enough, there it was when we arrived! The condo, the view, the balcony, everything is just fantastic. My wife and I can't wait to come back!

We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation over the weekend and it was absolutely perfect. This is our 2nd time staying here and highly recommend it.

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Valentine's Day. The condo was amazing!! Right on the ocean. Reba had every single detail in order to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A true home away from home. Location is amazing. Restaurants and shops near. We are definitely coming back!

We stayed over Christmas break and everything was perfect despite the cooler than usual weather. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the property manager was very accommodating. The views at sunrise and sunset were stunning. It's a really nice area with good restaurants a short drive away. We didn't want to leave.
