the rooms are clean, the location is great & convenient to access the shops, restaurant s. It's near to the Tambun Theme park. the facilities are complete & great. The instructions are clear, the host is friendly & helpful. Overall, great~👍🏻

the water heater in room 1 doesnt hot enough.

It's comfortable, clean, near to LWOT Water Park. Using self check-in and check-out system, yet still easy and hassle-free. Very affordable. Owner is also very helpful with excellent service. Recommended.

Simple, clean and functional. Not a fancy place and only the basic furnishings (but has a washing machine), if you want a place in the middle of Ipoh to lay down after exploring its well worth the price. Staff was friendly to ask for bit of request and communication for the self check in.

Bathroom water heater wasnt hot but it could be my room, and the bathroom door lock was broken but this didnt bother me much and could be easily fixed by owner.

Responsive and an accommodating host. Location is good as well as there are restaurants, malls nearby. Recommended stay to book with!

The house is neat, clean and tidy. As for the room also very clean. The owner also very friendly and easy to deal with. Asking for early check in, so fast they arrange it ☺️.

Maybe you can put water hose on the pipe for the toilet.
