The refrigerator was so small it only held a couple of small water bottles. Not functional at all. The closet had a hanger bar at about 8 feet high. Unable to reach to hang anything. There was nowhere in the room to sit other than the bed. The soap/shampoos were not individual. They were in reusable/refillable bottles. No very sanitary

There was no breakfast offered

The wifi was horrible. Even with the wifi password. There was nowhere to sit in the room except the bed. The lighting was less than desirable. The pictures of the room online made it look like it was at the beach

The bathroom had no place for toiletries. The bedroom was too tight. It had no chairs the closet was difficult to reach and the mini fridge should be called tiny fridge because you can only fit 2 water bottles in it!

They don't have breakfast but complimentary coffee and muffins etc you can purchase in the morning. Ive been staying here for years (previously) The Windjammer! I always loved staying here just a quick walk to the beach (private) has everything you need in a short drive! A restaurant and bar you can walk to! Great for families, singles, couples etc!!!

Rooms VERY SMALL. Refrigerator tiny. Could store 3 yogurts. Nothing more. Not one chair much less a table or desk. Poor closet space

Excellent location, near the beach and other attractions. Fun gift shop and reception area. Nice small pool and easy and plentiful parking. Extremely nice and helpful staff - friendly place. Was very hot and AC in the room was great, worked well for window units.

Wish there had been more hooks or places to hang up wet towels, lighting in the bedroom was very bad and no place but the bed to sit. Recommend some sort of desk or table to be added. The bathtub was not cleaned well but otherwise fine. The price vs. the hotel was a bit overpriced but also know this stay was in the high season.

The hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms look like something out of HGTV. The pool is decent with a nice lounge area. It's super close to our usual beach and restaurants

While pretty, the rooms lack function for a family. We took our 2 kids there. There were no tables, chairs, dressers, etc to set stuff on. The sink area was small in the main room and pretty well nonexistent in the bathroom. The fridge can't be counted as a fridge as it was barely 3in wide and held maybe 6 cans of soda (we lost all the food we brought, thinking fridge meant fridge or at least a mini fridge). The closet space the hangers were over 6feet off the ground and we couldn't use them. I hit my head on this HUGE bird cage looking light design between the beds more times than I smacked my shins off the wooden bed frames that jutted out 5inches from the bed on every side of every bed. It just wasn't practical for a family. A young kid less couple, sure, can make do. But it lacks a lot of what you need to be on vacation as a family. Oh! The tub. It was a pro to have a tub!!! But the glass enclosure covered so much I couldn't bathe my youngest in it and you had to climb in the tub to turn the water on and off because you couldn't reach around the glass. Swanky looking but just poor design. Staff was pleasant. Though room service didn't come until after 4p when we were getting ready for dinner so we had to decline a room cleaning. It wasn't bad but just wasn't worth the $.

I liked the fact that we were across the street from the beach and near restaurants and attractions

I wish the trash could have been picked up from the room each day and that we were given fresh cups and towels daily. Would be nice if there were table and chairs and a bigger fridge.

I like - location, - clean room, - staff.

I dont like: - room lights, - closet: hanger bar is too high - would be nice to have a long stick with a hook to get and to hang hangers. - absence of chairs and no table, - absence of safe, - bathroom has just two hooks, and too small counter top, - bathroom door does not fit its frame, and it’s not possible to close it 100% and to lock

The location was great walking distance to the beach, the hotel was quiet.

Fridge was very very small can not put really anything in it.

I had to kill approximately 10-12 flies in my room. they were everywhere and it was disgusting.

The staff!! Super nice, and helpful! The pool area is great, and love that pool towels are provided! The front office/shop is cute, with good stuff! The room decor has great vibe, and the bed was comfy!

No counter or table space anywhere, including in the bathroom. Fridge doesn’t really hold anything. No trash can in room, only tiny one in bathroom.

Refrigerator was not really a refrigerator..when you are charging 450 a nite, you should have a decent size refrigerator. Also TV was very confusing and there were no instructions in the room on how to use it.

Overall our stay was comfortable, clean and location was ideal. Only suggestion is a bigger fridge and better beach chairs. I would definite recommend staying here and I would return. Thank you.

pool was not open, rooms did not get cleaned when we put out sign out each day and rooms were damp feeling.

Room was very cramped. Refrigerator was ridiculous. No cleaning staff to bring new towels and remove garbage. Had to ask front desk staff every day for towel. This isn't there job. I've never stayed at a play like this before. Pool advertised on website not open. One of the reasons I booked this location.

The property is in a good quiet location across from the beach and is clean.
