We were visiting the area for a family reunion and this house was a perfect location for us! The check in process was seamless and the house was as advertised. Even though we didn’t spend a great deal of time there, the house was well furnished with everything we needed. The host is very responsive and checked in midweek to see if we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything!

Booked Brannon's place for a golf trip with old friends, it was perfect. Very quiet and clean, lots of space for everyone, well equipped kitchen, excellent BBQ, beautiful pool area, and reasonably close to golf and restaurants. Already planning to come back next year if all goes to plan.I highly recommend this home!

We needed a place to stay near Queens Creek for our daughters wedding. Had my wife, our sons family including 2 little ones and some friends that flew in for the event. The house layout was perfect for our group. The grandkids loved playing with the golf balls and went swimming a couple different times. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Many memories were created and will be cherished for a long time. Will be on our list to stay at again if we have that many people coming out. Thank you very much.

Our stay at Brannons was absolutely wonderful. The house and yard were immaculate and comfortable and had every thing we needed. It literally was a home away from home! He was great for texting if we had any questions or concerns. This was our first VRBO experience and it was the best experience!

My family loved our stay during the Thanksgiving week. It was so close to our extended family. All communication was great and speedy.
I will say that I had the impression that the spa was a hot tub (it’s listed this way under amenities) but it’s an extension of the pool and technically a spa. It was still 85 degrees in the water and wonderful.
This house made our trip really comfortable and great!

This was a great house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Two of the bedrooms had bathrooms and a third bathroom in the hall, which was great as there were 5 women on a girls trip. The property was clean and well maintained. Brennon was quick to respond with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. This place was a block from our son's house where he was having a bunch of his wife's family stay. We were able to stay here, enjoy the pool, enjoy all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large kitchen for fixing graduation goodies to be used at my son's place. Fabulous accommodations, and we will probably try to book it again next year for my second granddaughter's graduation.

Fantastic getaway and exactly as listed! The property is amazing, clean and spacious. There were many extras included and the host was very quick to respond to any and all inquiries.
The pool and the hot tub were utilized daily and even on the cooler days the water was perfect. There is sun and shade in the backyard so there is a place for everyone’s preference all day.
There are lots of attractions and activities to keep you busy within a half hours drive.
Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

Our stay at this property was excellent! The home was clean and is probably one of the best stocked VRBO’s we have stayed. There was anything you may need in the kitchen, plenty of plates, cups, etc.
The backyard is beautiful with the pool, hot tub, putting green, and grill. Easy communication with the owner in regards to heating the pool and hot tub.
The area is nice with many restaurants, grocery, and shopping within 10 minutes.
We would definitely stay again, as my sister and family live close by.

This property is beautiful with a very nice heated pool and spa. Everything was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you'd need. We brought our own beach towels and sunscreen with, not expecting those items to be at the house but to our surprise, they were. We never had an issue getting in contact with the property owner when needed. Check in and check out were a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!
