This rental was exactly what the listing mentioned. We loved the location of the condo! We have young children and it was very helpful to be so close to the beach access. The cleanliness could have been a little better, but that would not stop of us from renting again. It was so helpful to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and other beach items already there. We will definitely be back!

This rental was PERFECT for our family of four! There was a nice separation of space for the kids in their room with their own beds and the adults had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. The supplied beach equipment (cart, 4 chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, skim board) was a super addition and made everything much easier to transport to and from the beach. The facility and pool area were clean and ready to use. There were even board games in the living room for some family fun!

We loved our stay. This property was perfect! Beach and pool was never over crowded. Everyone was friendly. We would consider a even longer stay next time!!!

We had a wonderful time! We really liked the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area! Very clean and lots of sidewalks to bike. The condo was so close to the beach made it so nice to walk out on beach anytime. Also, we enjoyed the pool it was the perfect temperature. We had a wonderful week at this property on Cocoa beach - perfect weather, saw a rocket launch and the pool is lovely. Pickle ball and shuffleboard right down the street too.

This condo had everything we were looking for! Was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Ground floor facing the ocean with lots of grassy area for our boys to play whiffle ball! It was the perfect location and we were lucky enough to be there for the falcon launch! Can’t wait to come back.

Let me just start with this, we LOVED this condo and location so much that midway through our one-week stay we contacted the manager to see if we could extend an extra day. We think that speaks volumes! The location is ideal and the condo has everything you need for the perfect beach vacay including 4 high quality beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, awesome and highly efficient beach bag with multiple pockets - and as a HUGE ADDED BONUS - a beach-friendly wagon to haul it all to the sand with ease! The condo is on the ground floor which means there's no need for the elevator - so check-in and check-out are a breeze as is heading to the beach daily which is only steps away. You can see and hear the ocean from the patio which makes for beautiful morning wake-up calls and evening happy hours! Bedrooms and beds were very welcoming and very comfortable. Master bedroom is HUGE and both bathrooms are a good size! The kitchen and living areas are open concept and equipped with all you need. The Condo is decorated in a very fun, beach theme and is bright and cheery! The ROKU system works great and the Wifi is strong. The pool is heated and the hot tub was another nice bonus.The beautiful ocean breeze was such a treat and the location just can't be beat! Great family vacation - all around! Greg and Sheila Kopplin
