Overall this was a great place to rent for the week with my family of three. You can’t beat the location to the boardwalk and beach (less than 500 steps to the boardwalk). It says that it can sleep 5 people but I think that would be pushing it, as the place is pretty small. Works great for a small family like ours. It was nice that the condo had everything we would need like pots, pans, some miscellaneous things in the pantry, board games, menus, etc. The owner was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The man that lives next door and another gentleman who lives by the pool were super friendly and helpful with giving us recommendations of what to do and where to eat. My only complaints are that it was advertised as air conditioned but the only air conditioner is in the bedroom so you have to leave the bedroom door open in order to cool the whole place (which doesn’t work great if someone is sleeping in the livingroom and you wanted to close off the door). The only reason I wouldn’t rent again is due to the pool closing every day at 5:45pm which was disappointing (I wasn’t aware of this until after we booked). We love to be able to swim until at least 8pm, so that was our biggest drawback. Other than that, a great place to stay and friendly owner and neighbors. Thanks for a great week!

This was a very clean property. We had a great time. Only negative thing I can say is there needs to be more than one coffee cup, but that's pretty minor. We'd stay here again!

This was one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. It looked recently renovated. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and all of our neighbors were very nice. We would definitely stay again!

Family stayed here for the week at wildwood. Property was small and everyone was super personable, welcoming you like family. Mike was easy to work with and the condo is beautiful with modern upgrades. Loved the ease of access to the streaming platforms for my kiddos. The location was perfect walk to the pier and the beach.

Where to begin? First of all, Mike was very prompt in responding to any messages that I sent him, right from the get-go. He was courteous and accommodating to my request for wanting to stay at his condo for more than a week but less than two. His condo is very well-kept and mostly everything seems brand new. The accommodations were cozy and had ample room for everything that I brought with me. The Queen bed was comfortable and the double pull-out sofa bed was (surprisingly) even more comfortable. The photos in the ad do not do this unit as much justice as it deserves. Mike provided more than enough household staples, that you wouldn't need to take much with you, aside from things that were your own personal preference. From coffee makers to pots and pans; from wine openers to an ice maker in the freezer; from linens/sheets to bath towels; from paper towels to sugar and spices; from pancake mix to dish detergent... I really can't say enough about the thoughtful nature of everything provided. There are seemingly brand new, large Smart TVs in the living room and in the bedroom. They both come equipped with a few streaming services. I appreciated Mike providing those things, although I brought my own FireStick. The Wi-Fi was flawless and I had no lag for an internet connection. This was especially important, as I was working at least 8 hours per day, during each of my 12 days here. The entire property is incredibly well-maintained, including the 5-foot deep pool. My only "disappointment" was that the pool was not heated, but on 80+ degree days, you don't need much heat for the pool. You really can't beat the location, as it is only about 1 & 1/2 blocks away from Sam's Pizza, Curley's Fries, Gateway 26 and Morey's Pier (a/k/a Surfside Pier). Truly, my favorite part of this fantastic stay came from an unexpected place - the other condo unit owners. What an incredibly receptive, warm, helpful and funny crowd! I was lucky enough to befriend some of the folks during my stay and I couldn't be more grateful for their welcome-wagon approach to my being a guest at their property. It was almost like being at a home away from home. I truly hope to come back and stay again someday. If I could give this condo unit, experience and property 6 stars, I would.
