Getting hold of anyone was a nightmare, didn’t respond to messages or calls until booking.com got involved, address and check in information only provided the morning of the visit despite asking multiple times in advance because of an 8 hour drive.
Despite booking for 6 people and advertising it can sleep 6, not enough bedding provided (only 1 extra pillow on wardrobe).
The Flat was dirty on arrival, crumbs in the sofa, shower had been left dripping on the bath edge so water was all over the floor, balls of wet hair on bathroom floor, brow stain on bed runner.
Not enough cutlery/Crockery to cook with, and no kitchen cloth or washing up liquid to clean up after.
One sofa ridiculously low the other super uncomfortable. And worlds smallest towels (but only enough for 4)

Due to lack of information/ communication from hosts . We were unable to stay and had to look for alternative accommodation on the day we arrived in Newcastle causing distress and anxiety

It is the worst place I have ever been.
When we arrived the key was not ready. Given a wrong password to open the key box. Not answered the call even when we called more than 100 times. After entering to the place, the electricity was not there. It was too cold and we struggled a lot with the small kid. At least they didn't answer any call and they just sent massages. After wasting around 2 hrs without lights and heaters, They asked us to go to another place without arranging any transport. We had to wast our time, money and other critical things bcz of their poor service. Really disappointed.

Everything. Perfect for what we needed
The deposit scheme. Took ages to return plus having to chase them several time. I understand there was a bank holiday in between our visit and return. But how over 2 weeks was bit of a joke.

Great spacious apartment very warm and clean loved my stay upon returning to Newcastle I would definitely book here, the value for your money is great 😃

The location was ok. Easy to get. Found the keys easily.
No heating or hot water. The gas bill wasn’t paid or recharged so the heating and the boiler didn’t work.
No stuff for tea or coffee provided.

Apartment was spacious enough for 6 guests
We had to wait for over an hour on arrival to get access to the property. This was due to having to pay a damage deposit that nobody had previously contacted me about prior to our stay. I was then informed after paying the additional £300 damage deposit this would be refunded 7 days post stay. It has now been 25 days, no deposit returned and being ignored by the host. Over £700 pound in total for 1 night, not worth it.

Massive scam, put any pictures you want on booking.com which are nothing like the place when you turn up to..Then refuse to give a refund!

It was very beautiful and relaxing after hard day of work.

The flat was tidy and clean. The staff were helpful and quick to respond on what's app. I was a bit apprehensive about getting the deposit back after reading other reviews but we had no problem.
The shower didn't work in the morning.

and most definitely needs replaced.
