Great experience in general except for the cleanliness of the pool area, floor was dirty, couches were filthy, outside oven was not in good condition for cooking.
We ended up washing the whole floor, chairs and dining table ourselves, otherwise we wouldn’t have enjoyed the backyard as planned.

Beautiful place , close to everything you could need, but out of the hustle and bustle. Just the way we like it , the owners provided everything we needed for our stay. Even stocked the shower with shampoo & body wash! The pool was so awesome on those rainy days. Floats & towels were provided as well as beach chairs & umbrellas. Couldn’t ask for a better place ! The owner was fast in response to any questions I had as well! Thanks for letting us borrow your place!

From the moment we booked our trip to this adorable home to the very very last bit… We loved everything, and it was perfect!!! There were no issues at all. It was a candle burning for us when we first got there, making us feel so warm and welcome! The pool is fabulous. They maintained the grounds impeccably. The beds were all very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us. We especially love the fact that there are two master suites! The owners were very wonderful to deal with and very helpful and took care of anything that we needed. We will be coming back thank you so very much!!!! Love from Pennsylvania💕

We were a group of adults and a 4 month old and this home couldn’t have been more perfect! The upstairs suite is far removed from the main living areas of the home, allowing for our baby to sleep undisturbed while the adults socialized in the kitchen, living room and pool areas. The house was beautiful and clean, and the pool was a perfect way to escape the near 90 degree weather. We did not end up walking to the beach as it was a bit further away than expected. There are many grocery stores and other shopping very close by. The host was great at responding to our questions quickly. The AC worked very well too!!

Loved everything about this property. So much space in this warm and welcoming home. The host may be the best part of all. Terrific communication and flexibility. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minutes away from an amazing restaurant/bar scene. So much to do in the area. And if that is not your thing, you can just relax at the house. The pool was fantastic. I wish we had more time there. We will be back!

We had a wonderful weekend at Steve and Gabriel's. There were eight of us and we plenty of space, whether we wanted to all be together or gain some privacy. The house was very well equipped and well organized allowing us to quickly feel at home. The pool area was lovely and even though we had some bad weather luck we were still able to swim in a well heated pool and sit out under a covered lanai. The location was very convenient to the beach, restaurant's and shopping. It was super fun to ride the bikes provided and head to the beach with chairs provided. The host were quick to answer any question we had. We would recommend this house without hesitation.

The house is great and just like the pictures. The host (Steve) was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. There were lots of basic things supplied with the house which was a nice surprise, such as toiletries, dish soap, laundry products, beach chairs etc. The location is great, very close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

The place was in a great location. Everything in the house was great and very homey. The pool was a good size and there is a lot of area around it. Overall it turned out great! Will come back!

Unfortunately, our host had to cancel our reservation because the AC stopped working the morning of check-in. But not only did the host notify us first thing in the morning, he also found another house for us to rent… and even did a walk-thru of the new property to make sure it met his standards. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation even though we couldn’t stay at his property. He was responsive, professional, and exceeded all expectations of a VRBO Host! We will definitely rent his home again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Two families with three kids. Most days were spent by the pool, others at the beach. The accommodations are lovely. Beds were comfortable. Smart TVs made winding down at the end of the day a pleasure. Kitchen was well stocked. We hope to return!

This house was wonderful. We stayed here with two families very comfortably. The pool setup was great with a shady place to sit and relax but with lots of sun on the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable even the pull out couches were comfortable for small children. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did a lot of cooking. We even got to take advantage of the pizza oven which made excellent pizzas. The bathrooms were even stocked with some shower essentials, soaps and other necessities. The garage was full of toys and anything you would need for the beach, even bikes. Nice clean washer and dryer too. The owner was very responsive and awesome. Definitely coming back to stay. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Top notch home. Beautifully decorated. Pool is warm and inviting. I loved everything about this home. It was perfect for my 6 friends and myself. Communication was quick. Kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Perfect home to stay at.

This home is perfect for families with younger children. The homeowners had portable cribs, a high chair, kids dinnerware, beach toys etc. The house is very clean and updated, just as the photos show. Steve was quick to return any messages. I had some questions on how to use the pizza oven and he was most helpful. One of the highlights of our week was making our own yummy pizzas! The pool was heated and the waterfall ran on a timer and was perfect background noise for a sleeping baby. The neighborhood is close to so many things- beaches, groceries, restaurants, stores, the zoo, etc. We will definitely come back here next year!

We decided to take a week off, pre-Christmas, and it was just as enjoyable as we hoped for. The house was very clean and showed just as nice as the pictures. The backyard set-up was fantastic for three grandchildren under the age of 12. The pool was nicely heated and very spacious. The property manager/owner was easy to communicate with and was very attentive to our needs. Access to Vanderbilt Beach was a short drive away but due to Hurricane Ian the parking structure normally utilized was not open. Parking was available at a park close by. The shops and dining at the Mercato center were also very close by and worth the visit. I would highly recommend this property for a family to enjoy the sunshine of south Florida

We had a wonderful experience here . The house was very will equipped with the exception of sheets for the pullout beds. We also couldn’t find enough detergent to wash the sheets we used.

I can not say enough good things about our stay!!! It was very clean, organized and practical with stocked bathroom and kitchen products. We stayed for a low-key bachelorette party and had an easy walk to Mercato to go out one night! The other nights/days we really enjoyed the pool and firepit.

Wonderful
We had a great time. The home was clean and in an ideal location for a quick bike ride to sunset swims. We enjoyed everything about it and plan to use it again next year for our annual visit. Communication with owner was super fast, easy, and helpful!

We had one of our group celebrating a birthday and Steve and Gabrielle brought balloons and a card - so very thoughtful. The pool and outdoor area are lovely and you feel like you’re in a private oasis. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. The beach is close by and the beach chairs came in handy on our daily trips! The outdoor grill and pizza oven we’re out to good use.

One of the Best we have ever stayed at
There are so many things that made our stay amazing. This home was super clean and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, the bathrooms, extra pool towels, you name it they had it. The location made it super easy to spend the day at the beach. The pool was clean and warm, the grill had everything needed to make any family dinner we wanted. The owners were very responsive, we didn't need to reach there but a few times and we had responses in less than 15 mins. Highly recommend this home!
