Perfect for a couple days in town, close to everything

A very centrally located property - easy 10 min drive to downtown GR or EGR. Quiet neighborhood - supermarket and drug stores nearby. Simple bungalow house - not large but workable 3 bedrooms, living room and eat in kitchen. Everything looks pretty modern and in good shape. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and eating in. Bedrooms are pretty simple - just bed and a chair and nightstand. If you need a dresser or luggage rack, not here. Homeowner was easy to work with and communicative. Made for an easy stay and easy to get places from this neighborhood. Thumbs up.

We loved our stay here! The house is in a quaint neighborhood in a convenient location. The guys ran in a Spartan Race in GR and the girls and babies were able to visit the GR Children's Museum, just 10 minutes or so away. The kitchen was well-stocked, fridge clean, and the coffee pot and coffee ready to go! There was a small table and benches in the kitchen to seat 4, but extra chairs to bring in to accommodate a fifth person. We loved playing board games in the family room around the round coffee table. Adorable decorations. The beds were comfortable for everyone. The loft area was great for my son's family. The kids enjoyed playing the Pac Man game upstairs. I communicated with Jay several times and he was kind and responsive. The house was clean and we were very comfortable! Thank you so much!

House was in great condition and was perfect for our stay. Only about 2 miles from belknap park which is where our festival was held. Only concern was we were unable to watch anything in the living room tv.

Just a few minutes drive from downtown, which was perfect for us. There is also a grocery store and gas station nearby which made things super easy for our stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. The owner, Jay, was quick to respond to any questions or issues. There were very few issues and mostly operator error!

My family and I were there for a couple of days and had a great stay. The place was extremely clean and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The manager did a great job communicating with us. The only thing I would suggest is that there are more mirrors. For a family of 7, we only had the mirror in the bathroom and one small round mirror in one of the bedrooms, a minor thing though.

We had a nice stay for a short volleyball weekend in GR. The location was a short drive from downtown and had everything we needed.

We spent a long weekend at Burke for a family wedding in town. The house was super clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed and very close to everywhere we needed to be. Jay was great with communication. This will be our go to spot for our next family trip to GR.

We had a great time at this property! We came to town for a bachelorette trip. It was in a central location to all the places we visited while in Grand Rapids (John Ball Zoo, Flannel Jax, and restaurants downtown). Jay was quick to answer any questions that we had before and during our stay.

You could feel the clean when you walked in! Great location and easy access to all we needed! Quiet neighborhood. Quaint little house w plenty of room to accommodate our family. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The home was very clean and updated. We came to town to go to Art Prize and the location of the home was close to the varies venues downtown. We were a group of four friends, so it was great to have four comfortable queen beds for us to sleep on. The living room while nicely decorated only had seating for three, the only option was to bring the large beanbag chair from the upstair’s loft down. I would suggest that it would be nice to add another club chair to that space. The kitchen table only had backless bench seats, so not a comfortable option.
Overall, we all highly recommend this home. Jay, the host was great to work with and was attentive to our requests.
