Closeness to the airport, perfect location for Addis Ababa, very wide room sizes, No complaints at all, I liked the hotel and the exceptional staff very much, they know what hospitality means, THANKYOU YAHONAY!

The staff is excellent. The location is in the center of the city. The rooms have very clean, the linens and mattresses clean and white. Lovely hot water shower. You get a good selection of breakfast in the morning with a live kitchen preparation & most days they do a buffet. The staff is absolutely amazing!!! They made me feel very welcome, friendly very helpful. I can't thank them enough. They helped us store my luggage, and they kept them safe. I will come back after a few days. Overall very pleased with my staying there.

They insist on paying with USD if I’m paying cash, meanwhile their machine does not work when I wanted to pay by card due to electricity and connection issues. When I wanted to check out and leave, there was NO ONE at the reception and security stopped me from leaving until the woman came downstairs SLOWLY even though they know my Uber driver is waiting!!!

Some of their receptionist staff were friendly especially the ladies , they really tried to help us despite language barrier of them not being able to communicate in English properly. I appreciate them for that.

Their manager treated us so badly his name is Tariku( His customer service skills are very wanting 😳). He didn’t have time to answer our questions or even pick up calls when we needed help.In there website there is no where written that 2 people from the same gender cannot share a standard room according to their county’s regulations so when you get to the hotel they move you to a twin room and double the price without your consent and when you ask they say it’s a government rule(this can be very inconvenient especially when you didn’t know before).Our bathroom door broke when we were still asleep at 6 am and when were called for help we were told there is nothing they can do. No concern to know if someone was hurt or not or what happened only threats of we must pay for it. After we contacted the government ministry of ICT who was our host in Ethiopia, they reached out to the hotel with concerns of how we were treated and that’s when we were told not to pay for that bathroom door because it wasn’t our fault .We requested to be moved to another room with a bathroom door at least but our request wasn’t honoured and we had to shower in a bathroom without a door for 5 days .The hotel had cold showers for 4 days,wifi issues and noise from the neighbourhood shops at night.

Size of executive suite, location,

Noisy location , Club volume level music from 7:00am every day. Flooding bathroom, no drinking glasses or cutlery in E. Suite. Management/ staff never solved the cutlery issue.
