I thought thr apartment was modern and had great potential.
As some of the earlier reviews, the apartment is not fully complete. There were a few things which are still to be finished.
The toilet handle also fell off whilst I pulled the flush. I reported this whilst still at the property and have never heard back.
I messaged on our first day to ask how the TV connected to WiFi. I heard back straight away to say it would be looked into but again, I heard nothing back throughout our stay.

Interior OK but no guard rail for the stairs.
Did not stay there my sisters refused.
Greatly overpriced for the facilities and location.
Outside scruffy rubbish all over the place including dead plant at entrance hall.
Views were of roofs.

Comfortable, bright, clean and tidy, in a perfect position for accessing the beach, restaurants and coastal walks.

It was lovely and clean and modern loved the open plan was abit small for four of us, kitchen facilities was great.
The living room sofa bed was hard not comfortable for the kids, the shower was a bit dangerous without a bath matt as my partner as to be carful recovering from a stroke with slipping, but on an overall it was a lovely break.

Location is excellent, nice kitchen/bathroom.
This is NOT a 2 bedroom property and should not be described as such. It has a shared kitchen, living and sleeping area that you are classing as bedroom 2. No clothing storage such as drawers or even hooks/coat hangers.

Modern clean kitchen, bathroom with shower bath. Easy to get keys, good cooking equipment. Great location near town and seafront!!
Some of the windowsills inside weren't finished/painted and had open cavities needing to be covered.

Not a complaint - but it would have been useful to have a little info booklet pointing out a few things - e.g. how to operate the TV, where to find the Wifi code, where to switch the fridge on, good places to visit/things to do in the area, etc.

The apartment was very clean and new looking. Everything we needed was there.
The outside was a little off putting as was a bit dirty and lacked kerb appeal. It felt like work still had to be done, a little unfinished in places. There was a plug on the wall that looked unsafe. Not much storage for clothes.

We had no breakfast included, would of been nice to have some washing up liquid at the flat .
Overall it was a lovely modern flat. Would of been nice to of had a nicer view too but so close to the sea and beach which was lovely.
No parking, need to let guests know about parking charges and times, as not everyone has coins to pay

We loved our first little family break, beautiful apartment. The decor is exceptional, shower pressure is great, extremely comfortable bed.
Location is great, minutes walk from the beach and shops.
