A very comfortable and quiet little place near Chichester centre, festival theatre and university Good value as well.

Location could not have been better, right near the centre of the town, yet in a quiet area.
A bath mat is required in the bath as when taking a shower the bathtub becomes very slippery.

Self catering facilities were very good. Only thing missing was salt & pepper for cooking.
Fresh milk was kindly provided in the fridge on arrival. Unfortunately the tea & coffee sachets were decaffeinated. A very minor issue in the scheme of things.
The storage heaters were very warm but not so easy to control for those who are not used to them. Easy enough to open a window to cool the room down so not really a problem either.

Very Clean with all mod cons and very quiet. Craig is the perfect host who was very accommodating and explained everything. Very highly recommended!

Knocked my knee and shin a few times on the end of the wooden bed!

With our own kitchen breakfast was just like home. It was good to be an easy walk to the town centre so the head chauffeur could have a change from non-alcoholic beers.
I have a grazed shin because the end of the bedframe stuck out, but I'll survive.

The apartment was super clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is very new and fully equipped with kitchenware and coffee/ tee. The location is very central and close to supermarkets, parks and the city. Also it is very safe in a housing complex with a nice neighborhood and cameras.
The duvets in the bedroom are super cozy but a bit too warm for the summer.
