Beautiful Spanish Colonial style house. Rooms were spacious & comfortable. The level of cleanliness was insane! Marta did an amazing job with keeping the house looking amazing and was incredibly friendly also. The kitchen was well equipped. Within walking distance to everything for your trip in Antigua.

The water in the shower could be a little hotter but by no means a dealbreaker.

Great place for budget travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked shuttles and had my laundry done with them and the price was the cheapest I could find. Highly recommend.

The room was very small. It was a shared bathroom with another room... however as it's on the ground floor anyone else using kitchen etc was using it so sometimes you had to wait. The room only had a window looking out to the kitchen/garden so couldn't be open unless you want people seeing you in bed. Altho it's a quiet house you could hear everything when people are about. Some guests left for airport at 4am and was impossible to ignore. The shower was a bit dodgy Plastic grass in garden Overall its a nice place to stay but you can get cheaper and better private rooms in antigua

Really big room, very comfortable bed. Kitchen is large and has everything you could need. Staff are lovely.

we arrived late, at midnight; so the 24-hour reception was very important for us. It is a very old “Spanish” building in the colonial style, wonderful architecture!

it was in the north of antigua, 5 min to main tourist attractions, we had a very big room so it was very nice

Staff is very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are large. Everything is spot clean (also the shared bathroom).

Booking does not list the property at the correct location. Google location is correct but how would I know as there is no sign anywhere on the building. We found some fellow searchers and, with the help of some neighbors, found the place. Rooms' windows go to stairs and not directly to the outside. in contrast to other reviews, the accommodation is not quiet as it is right next to an important road with traffic 24/7. Google the location before booking!

Friendly place, quite good location at the border of the old town, everything walkable, nice building, especially the little courtyard with plants.

I stayed two times at this place, the first time was good, the second time mixed. The first time everything was clean, the second time I stayed in a more expensive room, but the room was only hastily cleaned, beds were made but sheets not changed from previous guest with hair in it, which should not happen especially as you can find many cheaper options. I noticed it before going to bed, when nobody was around any more. You can get equal breakfast cheaper at many places around. Paying extra for paying with card is common in Guatemala, but something you have to get used to.

Good price for a big room. Toilet and shower just outside for my room type. Sweet staff.

Need to correct the address on booking.com. The address stated is not correct! Quite annoying start when you don’t find the place.

Nice big rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and good location

Location was ideal, very close to tourist area. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and let me keep my suitcase there until evening after I checked out.

It was difficult to find. Its not on Calle Animas like Google Maps says, its on the street behind. And the sign is tiny. Both my shuttles dropping me off and picking up spent 20 minutes going back and forth trying to find it.

Nothing not to like

Spacious room, big shower, friendly staff and good breakfast (extra pay).

A but further out of the city, next to a big and busy street. Bathroom, especially shower could have been cleaner.
