Staff was fantastic, and very helpful. Everything was very clean. Things were organized. Love the early check in and the communication was great.
Not sure if this is fault of booking.com or hotel, but I requested a room away from elevators (for quiet). I was given a room directly across from the elevators. Fortunately, it was a very quiet night and we weren’t disturbed at all. I just wonder what is the point of “requests” if they aren’t followed. It all worked out fine though.
Second point would be that the breakfast are could use a microwave. The dry cups of oatmeal would be far better cooked in a microwave, however, the good is that there was a very sufficient selection of food.

I was not told that the house-keeping would be done every other day instead of every day.

It was modern and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful and went beyond of what was required.
They still use plastic cutlery and paper plates. Not environment friendly.

It's very convenient, right off of Rt. 80. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
It's pricey, but not as much as some of the hotels in this area. The breakfast was good, but there was no fruit.

about 15 mins into our stay my boyfriend took a single puff on his vape out of habit and by mistake 5 mins later the alarm in our room went off. we alerted staff who told us no problem and to open a window. after an hour the alarm was still blaring. we called and they said they would call fire department to turn it off… after two hours and no show from fire department alarm still ringing. the front desk said they left a message with fire department on their machine.. after 3 hours we called the police dept. who told us that they would need to dispatch the fire dept and that the fire dept was closed. the hotel refused to believe us so the police sent an officer. the officer was able to reset the alarm. the staff were nasty and I get we made a mistake but I was shaking from the blaring alarm for 3.5 hours. the hotel stay was ruined at $250 a night and the pool was even closed for cleaning. then they charged me a $350 no smoking fee. which I would have been fine with if they hadn’t let the alarm blare in my room for 3.5 hours and it would have gone all night if we didn’t call the police. horrible experience all the way around and ruined my new years.
